“I had such a great experience at Land Rover North Austin. Brian Thompson was incredibly accommodating and patient while helping me decide which vehicle would be best for my growing family, especially as we prepare for baby #2 and needed more space. I upgraded from an Evoque to a Velar, and he made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. Kalyn Fischer was also wonderful! She was kind, helpful, and made scheduling my appointment to come in and shop so easy. Highly recommend this team!”

“We had an outstanding experience with this dealership! They took our car in over the weekend and quickly identified a battery issue with a thorough and accurate diagnosis. They even provided us with a loaner, which made everything so much easier. The entire team was incredibly accommodating, and the customer service was excellent from beginning to end. Because of this level of service, we would absolutely consider buying from Sewell in the future. Highly recommended!”

“I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and even worked for a known Ford Dealership here in Austin for 4 years while in college, I have never had such a great and extraordinary experience like I did here at Sewell. From the first phone call I received from Justen Green to finally meeting him in person 4 days later, he made me feel at home, feel like family, made us feel comfortable and understanding of our first ever Land Rover. Justen is a true Gentleman and made our experience one we won't ever forget. My experience with Justen reminded me as a kid and my parents buying there new Suburban from Chuck Nash in San Marcos and to this day, that memory sticks to me bc the sales gentleman my dad worked with made my parents and my 3 brothers feel like family and we really bought the suburban our family needed and loved. Fast forward my family of 4 just bought our first of many Land Rovers because we absolutely love this car, my kids enjoy it and Justen was 100% correct when he said "this car suits your wife perfectly"
We love our new Range Rover, Justen and Sewell have been nothing but great to us and it's the only dealership I will go to from now on. Just like Carl Sewell's book "Customers for Life" we are now truly customers for life. Thank you Justen and thank you Sewell”

“Our Single Best Auto Dealership Experience, Ever.
Reached out online and promptly got a reply from Justen Green as well as a same day appointment. Upon arrival, the vehicle we wanted to see was parked out front, detailed, even though we had stated that–at the time— we had no intention of buying, just wanted to see it.
That did not deter Justen from a friendly demonstration of the car and detailed, full transparency review of car history and pre-sales services performed, and quick turnaround on financing estimates.
After we left the dealership and considered this car against other options, we changed our mind and decided to buy it.
From this point on, Justen managed everything himself (as we understand it that's the Sewell method). No finance manager or other staff trying to upsell or re-negotiate (this alone is a huge selling point.
The asking price was reasonable, but Sewell was willing to negotiate. Financing was a breeze, and negated the need for us to find better options (which they were open to!).
One point of contact, the sales person. No hard upsells. Justen offered once and respected us declining.
But wait, it gets better.
This was on a Saturday afternoon, when I told him we couldn’t go pick it up until next Friday due to work he didn’t hesitate and offered to bring it down to South Austin on Monday for closing!
Exceptional experience, good deal, and very happy with our new-to-us car.

“Found a car online via one of the car sales websites, clicked the link that took me to Sewell Land Rover North Austin. One of the things that separated this car/dealership from the many others was the quality of photos of the car as well as the "iPacket" that provided me with the detailed information that I was looking for, as I was very particular with specs of my desired car.
I contacted SLRNA via telephone and they put me in touch with "Chase", one of the folks on the sales team. The entire experience with Chase, from beginning to end, was with professionalism, respect, integrity, can do attitude, no sales pressure and the desire to get the deal done with a mutualy agreeable outcome.
Communication with Chase was excellent, as he kept me informed each step of the way, including photo's, as my vehicle was prepped and loaded onto the tractor trailer. I bought this car sight unseen and it was delivered to me exactly as Chase had described it. Other than getting minimal road grime on it from the transport from Texas to Florida, the car was very clean, in excellent condition and mechanically sound.
This was my first long distance purchase and I would not hesitate to contact Chase at SLRNA again! Give him a call!”
