Purchased our first used Mercedes from LRJ in November 2025, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. During the sales process, my husband and I were assured that the vehicle had been fully inspected and was in good condition. We were specifically told the battery was good and that there were no issues such as leaks. The inspection report we received also did not list any battery or oil leak concerns, which gave us confidence in moving forward with the purchase. However, within two months of owning the vehicle we had to take it to a Mercedes dealership for an inspection, where they discovered an oil leak and that the battery needed replacement. After further review, we were informed these appear to be pre-existing issues. We attempted to contact LRJ by phone several times with no response, so we went to the dealership in person and spoke with Tyler. We asked for the matter to be escalated to management, hoping for some accountability or at least a partial credit toward the battery replacement given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the manager declined to offer any assistance. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we relied on the dealership’s inspection and representations when making the purchase. We expected better transparency and customer service from a dealership that presents itself as reliable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with this dealership and would strongly encourage future buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.

The staff was kind and courteous. I would say this has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Kirk and Joe took care of us and at I’m pleased as I could possibly be.

Service representative is informative and communicates all issues and solutions for our vehicle. We have confidence with John and his recommendations to keep our vehicle in an excellent running capacity. He understands we are from out of town and does his diligence to recommend our service is efficient, addressing all concerns to avoid additional travels to Austin for service. John has always been available to discuss any matters which might arrive with our vehicle. We value his attentiveness to our calls. We have worked with John for several years involving 2 RR sports. We value his service which comprises the joy of owning our Range Rovers.

I just want to take a minute to thank Erin Gunn and Jaguar of Austin for an awesome car buying experience! Erin went above and beyond and made this the best car buying experience! I have dealt with a lot of dealerships and salespeople, and she by far, is the best saleswoman EVER! She did not waste outer time, she is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I hope she has a long and prosperous career with Jaguar of Austin, she should be training people on how to be a great salesperson! Thank you Erin!
