He took care of me and my lovely husband! Especially when we worked all night, and had to meet him in the morning. Garrison was so professional and very informative. “Recently purchased my infiniti QX60 2026 Autograph from Austin Infiniti . I had an amazing experience with them . My sales manager was Zaira Duarte. She worked with me to give me a best deal . Her boss Darren also helped us a lot to seal the deal. Overall delivery and after purchase help was awesome . The car was given in a top condition and Audrey helped us a lot explaining features. There is always a debate between V4 and V6 . I had driven both . Though V4’s reduced HP has effected pick-up of this vehicle a bit but this various compression engine has made the car silent when running in 14:1 and increases overall mileage. So if you are planning QX60 or QX80 Austin Infiniti is the best place to purchase and definitely have a contact with Zaira for best deals.”

“I recently picked up a CPO 2024 QX80 Sensory from Austin Infiniti and had a great experience working with James on the sales team. James was professional and kept the process moving - communication was clear, the follow-up was consistent, and we reached a fair deal without the typical runaround. Paperwork was handled efficiently, and the vehicle was delivered exactly as promised. I also had a brief interaction with the service department that was quick and seamless. They expertly diagnosed and replaced the failing component including a video summary.
My only critique is the "pre-installed" dealer adds. While the team was willing to negotiate on them, making them mandatory by default adds unnecessary friction to the transaction. These would be better presented as options rather than being baked into the price upfront. That said, the overall professionalism from James and the rest of the staff makes this a dealership I’d recommend.”

“I found a vehicle I was interested in at Austin Infiniti on Cargurus and reached out via email. I received a quick response from Allen. Over the next several days, he took the time to get to know me and helped me find the perfect car. He was ALWAYS available for my questions/concerns and truly was interested in finding me the type of vehicle I liked and one that I could afford. I could go on and on about how wonderful Allen is but bottom line, I would HIGHLY recommend him and Austin Infiniti for their outstanding customer service. It was beyond my expectations and I am in love with my car ♥️”

“I had a great experience buying my new QX60 at Austin Infiniti. Sales rep Garrison Funke made the process very smooth, clear and stress free. He was the best! He was the same before, during and after the sale: calm, helpful, professional, thorough, available, efficient, and respectful. The managers were also great! I am very grateful. It was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.
We had not shopped for a new vehicle in 18 years and were very apprehensive about it all. We had started to look for a car a few weeks prior with no intention of purchasing a car for a few months. Garrison and team were able to work with us to get us in a new car. We were able to drive off with the new car the day after test driving one.
We can't wait to get to know our new car with many years of driving our awesome QX60.
