In fact when I got my new Silverado in December it drove my wife's and I decision to get her new Chevy Equinox from you last week! It was again another smooth experience! I highly recommend Ken Ganley to any of my friends looking!”

“My vehicle was sent here from another shop. The first dealership had it for a month. This one had it for a week and a half. When I went to pick it up my car was making an extremely loud noise, I asked is that coming from my car like what is that? They said it was like that when the other dealership brought it in.. My car never made loud noises! I get in and my dash reads check engine air filter system. So I asked why does it say this? It was never an issue before. The advisor said oh that’s cause we put in a new air filter. We’ll remove it off. So they removed the notification and I continue to drive. Next it says I need oil despite me knowing that I had just recently got an oil change I stop and go get another just cause of what it’s reading. Well then they ask if I wanted to purchase air filters I said no because the dealership literally just changed that hours ago. They said well you may want to take a picture because these were definitely not recently changed. I don’t understand why they lied about changing those. I forgot to mention that my car started to randomly beep the horn and flash the lights by it self. While I’m driving and sitting idle. So then I also noticed they left some clip hanging from the back of the truck. My truck was running completely fine. I originally went in cause my button wouldn’t engage 4 wheel drive. After getting that fixed everything on my car has went wrong and this shop or the last can not figure out what they messed up. I am exhausted with these people. I always dealt with dealerships when it came to fixing my vehicles and always held them to a higher standard. From here I can only hope that there’s still at least one reputable dealership I can take my vehicle too because they completely messed my car up! It ran perfectly before Nissan of streetsboro & aurora of Chevy touched it!
Update! So I received a call from Josh the manager or whatever his name is! He completely dismissed all of the issues I spoke about being wrong with the vehicle. His biggest concern was that my review affects the commission of the service department. Literally DISMISSED all of the things that are happening with the truck. Then he basically says that I’m lying about being told that an air filter was put in! Like WHY WOULD I LIE ABOUT AN AIR FILTER! & WHY WOULD A TECHNICIAN COME OUT AND REMOVE IT OFF THE DASHBOARD IF IT NEVER HAPPENED? Then goes on to say that they only programmed the fuel pump and didn’t touch any wiring! I literally seen with my own two eyes exposed wires coming from the truck when I popped up there before they installed it! They said they installed a new ECM, how do you install a computer / a new ECM with no wiring! Is it WIFI!!!!???? BLUETOOTH???? What ever wiring was completed was not done right. I can’t make this up! The labor force these days are horrible!!!!”

“On November 4th/2025 I had the best experience I ever thought was possible, thanks to Salesman (Michael Lanham). I have never had and approval so fast, with in and few hours first talking to Mike about their "New 2025 Chevy Trax 1RS" I was test driving it and taking it home a few hours later!!! (Mike) is very thorough, very knowledgeable, very assessable, very kind and a truly all around great guy.... The Metallic Blue Chevy Trax 1RS will come to match The Metallic Blue Chevy Corvette Stingray I am hoping to get by the end of next year!!! and the #1 guy I will return too is, (Michael Lanham) of Aurora's Ken Ganley Chevrolet. MIKE-ROCKS!!!!!”

“Every one at the dealership was very kind and helpful! Matthew Pander helped me pick out the perfect car, and really emphasized safety when helping make the right choice. He answered all of my questions very well and did a very good job explaining them in a way I could understand! Ian was also very helpful throughout the checkout process explaining what each document I was signing actually was! I really appreciate all of the help of the Aurora team, this was the first time I had ever bought a car by myself and they made it such a great experience, thanks! :)”

“It was a great experience, very professional, David was an awesome sales person. I would definitely take a 4-5 hour trip. I live in Kentucky, so it was a long drive. David and the whole team were quick to respond to any questions and concerns via email before I made my decision to purchase the vehicle. The dealership was very clean & had a nice lounge area. I was able to test drive the vehicle I purchased, and also was able to get a quick inspection right after. I was provided a carfax paper, and two set of keys. I even was able to meet the GM, he was a great guy. We talked about a dodge scat that was there on a trade in, I wanted to buy that one. But my wife would not be happy. 😂 thank you so much . I ❤️ Chevy.”
