“Differentials on my 2018 Cadillac ATS went out. Was quoted 10k at a different shop. Figured since I was gonna spend that much to have a dealership do the work to make sure I was getting new oem parts and quality work. Called first and spoke to Slava he was my service writer when I arrived. They had trouble finding the front one and for some reason all out of state. There’s was a bit of a hiccup once they told me Parts wanted to charge me freight after I approved the service that would’ve put me over 10k. Service manager Mike told me he would cover freight to keep things and price how it was to make a customer happy. Yes I could have sold the car but I still owe more than what it’s worth. Didn’t want to carry a lot of negative equity into a new loan. After it was done Mike told me I could take the car in a week later to get it up on a lift and make sure nothing was leaking. I did and technician who installed it took me to the back while it was up on the lift he showed me everything he did and what he replaced! Very satisfied customer with the whole team I appreciate you guys taking care of me and my spaceship!”

“I wanted to wait a while before posting, (its been about 6 months) but now I can say with certianty that Celebration Chevrolet is a reason to celebrate! My storm chasing vehicle had a major electrical issue and I had to go to a dealership to get it fixed. After calling around to multiple dealerships, I found Celebration Chevrolet, and I cannot be happier! I really apprecaited my entire expericne from when I first spoke with their customer service rep, to the service manager, and the entire process went very smoothly. I had a significant electrical issue that required replacing some costly componets, but the cost was not as much as I was anticipating. I was so very greatful for the discount that they were able to provide me, and their rates were very reasonable. The service manager did a great job with calling me and letting me know what needed to be done, and best of all they did not order any parts or do any work without my permission, so there wasn't any suprise fees and I did not feel pressured either when it came to components they recommended that I replace. They had my vehicle in the shop for a little under a week, and to this day I still have not had any electrical issues since Celebration Chevrolet fixed my electrical system issue.
