âCanât speak highly enough about these guys. McKenna, Brendon, the repair team and body shop team helped get my car back to tip top shape after another mechanic shop broke a bolt off into the frame. I was beyond frustrated when they lifted my car and showed me the damage done by the other mechanic shop (for a repair that wasnât even needed, mind you) but they were able to fix it and send me on my way within 24 hours. From now on this is the ONLY place Iâll take my Chevy! See pics for before and after. The replacement bolt they put in was stronger than the original đâ

âMy car head light was broken and I went to Chevrolet in Auburn to have someone take a look at it, and I found Steve. Steve was very knowledgeable willing to take a look at my vehicle and he gave me an estimate for the car head light and I was ok with the price and he ordered the parts for me. Two weeks later he gave me a call to let me know that the part was here, then I scheduled an appointment for the next day and he had his teams work on my car and they did an excellent job on my car. Iâm so happy with the complete work that they have done on my car.â

âHad an extremely tricky issue with my Equinox EV. The technician was extremely helpful and reached out to corporate who assisted in identifying the issue. It did take awhile for the part but thats no fault of the dealer. Once it arrived it was promptly installed and they kept me in the loop the entire time. Shoutouts to Gypsi and John for the excellent work!â

âAuburn Chevrolet was a totally enjoyable process from the sales through the service each person that I dealt with were kind, thoughtful, and professional. Candie and Rick from the sales team answered all of my questions regarding my used car purchase. We negotiated fairly and openly and enjoyed the overall experience there. Then the following week I found some things that needed to be addressed, so I took my vehicle back to the Auburn Chevrolet servicing department where I met Brendon the service manager. He addressed every issue I had in a very proactive manner, including picking up my car which would not start and supplying me with a loaner car while mine was being serviced. During the servicing he addressed my initial concerns Plus replaced the battery that became a concern after I had left a lot. Overall, I felt like I was in good hands by God and by the Auburn Chevrolet team. Thank you for all that you did and best wishes for a blessed and prosperous 2026. Sincerely, Michaelâ

âI am VERY dissatisfied with GM as a whole company, I would never own or recommend a GM to anyone. (Which is horrible, because i have owned 3 in the past.) GM has zero customer service and honestly can care less about their vehicles being a lemon. July 2024 I put a work order in for a brand new z71 traverse, was told it will take 3 weeksâŠ.. didnât get my SUV till end of Oct 2024⊠frustrating, but okay not a big deal. Put down $19k with my trade in and cash. Fast forward to May 24th, 2024 with a whopping 3,500 miles my engine completely blew! No warning nothing, my whole vehicle locked up, shut off and my steering wheel was completely locked up. Scary when you are going 40 around a corner and everything locks up and you have NO CONTROL over your brand new car. Got a tow to Chevy of Auburn and about 1 week later was told âwe donât have a date of when it will be finished- couple weeks or a couple of months.â When I am making a $640 car note each month, plus having uber bills to get to and from work each day I just simply could not afford both. Little to no communication with the managers at Chevy, the only person that seems to care and contact me was McKenna with service.. she was nice. Fast forward to mid-July, I went in talked with Dan and he offered me a buy back of $43,000. Which to me is a low ball offer, but I needed out of the vehicle to get into someone else reliable to get me to and from my jobs. Called corporate GM several time, they didnât care their vehicle was crap. Chevy of Auburn then turned around and sold my old vehicle for $50,800! What an absolute scam they are! I tried to speak the general manager (Ryan I believe?) and he pushed the call off to Zach. Who then gave me some lame excuses about âwhy they needed to price it like that- they have to get it certified, blah blah blah- Candi the sale lady didnât not make more money on this saleâ total crap. GM and Chevy of Auburn- would not recommend ever! Stay far far away from this place, they donât care about you, they only care about your money. I guess the saying is true, car sales people are scumbags. After all this Candi (sales lady) literally told me âthis is why you donât buy a brand new modelâ why didnât you tell me that prior? Ohhh because you wanted the sale, gotcha. STAY AWAY! I saved up for 2 years for this car and my down payment and for what? GM to steal it from me.. sad world, you know GM could have given me all my money back, but they didnât. Greedy GM and Chevy of Auburn.â
