“I was forced to buy a new car several weeks ago due to a vehicle accident. I spent weeks looking online for vehicles that would suit my needs and without a large car payment for personal reasons. I made my way to Ben Davis and test drove a couple of vehicles, that were recommended by the managers. I felt the managers were a bit pushy, I inquired about another vehicle I saw and we went for a test drive. It was a clean car and the Carfax was ok, however while driving it a flashing warning code came on. We were told that it was a traction control code and they would take care of it if we decided to purchase. We did decide to purchase after talking with them and letting then know my situation and how nervous I was about buying. They assured me that they would take care of me. We drove it on the highways for 25 minutes home and I noticed that the RPMS were fluctuating a range of 100 RPMS while cruise control was on at a constant speed. We got off the highway and noticed between 25-45 MPH at low acceleration there was a shudder. Of course I was immediately disappointed and emailed our salesman Hunter to let him know that it was not just a traction control issue obviously and what I experienced within an hour of driving the car off the lot. While I firmly believe they did know about it and still sold it to me knowing my situation, I do have to give then kudos because, even though it took multiple calls, I did take it in to them a few days later and they did confirm what I thought was the issue and they did take care of it. It did take longer than anticipated to get fixed and communication on the status of the vehicle was lacking, however, I am very appreciative that they in fact held up their end of the bargain when they said they would take care of me. They did take care of me and when I am ready to buy another vehicle, 2 coming up soon, they will definitely be a place I would go talk to again.”

“Honestly couldn't ask for a better long term experience from a dealership. I deal with Mike Varney but everyone in there is always super respectful and down to earth no BS. I recently totaled my vehicle and they were immediately asking if I was okay and if I had the gap insurance and have been helping me every step of the way to get me into a new car and maneuver through a first time wrecking of a car I don't own outright during this difficult time for me.
