“It was a great experience. Armando did a great job and was very helpful. He was very attentive 90% of the time we were there. My only complaint is he never checked on us after we were waiting for finance, while he had another customer. Even the slightest "are you guys still doing good" would've sufficed. But not taking anything away from him because he did great. He even checked on me yep days later. It's hard to find good customer service like this today. My wife wants to make the 4.5 hour drive back to this location when she's ready for her next vehicle.”

“​I called the service department at Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough to schedule service for my 2023 toyota Tundra that is giving me chatter and vibration at low speeds I spoke with someone in the service department and they told me their system was down and they would give me a call back. I waited all day for a call back as this issue for my truck is concerning .I never received a return call. ​It’s frustrating when you need to schedule service and the first point of contact is unresponsive. This lack of follow-up forced me to consider another dealership but this is my home service department. This first experience so far is disappointing especially after reading the reviews of how good they do. I am now looking for a new service department.”

“******PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM JIM ELLIS******* This dealership sold me a NEW Corvette with serious defects!! They hid them from me (brush painting a 90k new car) so I would be stuck after I signed the papers. Now they want to keep my down payment (15k) and give me KBB trade in value for a car I have not be able to drive. It took me 306 HOURS at the age of 61 working in a hot warehouse to earn the $15,000 they are taking from me. I don't how people do things like this and feel okay with it. Gross behavior.”

“This is my first time visiting Jim Ellis VW for service. The customer areas are spacious, clean, and plentiful accommodations for seating. Also a dedicated area for phone charging as well. I added a couple of pictures of the Atlas cross over. Very nice. I greatly appreciate Chris's assistance with my Beetle's oil change. He explained the technician's findings, made recommendations, and even received a complimentary car wash. It needed for sure 😆😅🤣. A great experience.”
