“My experience with Jim Ellis Maserati’s service department started on the phone. I spoke with Jennifer, who was very helpful in setting everything up as we have to bring our car from out of state. Once we arrived the morning of our appointment, we were greeted by Jamal. As I began speaking with Jamal, Jennifer stood up from her desk upon recognizing my voice and greeted me by name. Our phone conversation had been a couple weeks prior and she still recognized it. So right off the bat, I felt welcomed and valued. Realizing we were from out of town and the service appointment might take several hours, Jamal offered to get my wife and I an uber to take us somewhere to eat and do any shopping if we’d like. We took advantage of this and a recommendation for a local eatery to grab breakfast. While we were at the restaurant I received a text from our service technician, he provided a video showing us the inspection he conducted on our tires and brakes, and that everything was good before he jumped into the recall and another minor issue. Once done, I called Jamal and he set us up with a return ride. Once back, we learned the technician was able to get everything done while we were out & they were in the process of washing our vehicle for us. During this time I asked Jennifer about a used car on the lot which she was able to sync me up with a salesman she trusted. I also took advantage of the visit to speak with Jamal about some accessories I was interested in. He gave me great feedback and resources to find exactly what I was looking for. During our brief time in the dealership’s waiting area we sat in a very comfortable waiting area with a Nespresso machine, flavored water drink fountain, and variety of snacks. As you could imagine, for a dealership with a Maserati MC20 on the showroom floor, it was very neat and clean. It may a bit of a haul whenever we need warranty work done, but the service team we encountered definitely went out of their way to make it as pleasant as possible. He took the time to explain every feature, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I never felt rushed. Michael’s knowledge of the vehicle was impressive, and he guided me through the test-drive with ease. It was an added bonus that he could share his personal experience as a Mazda owner, which made his recommendations feel genuine and trustworthy. By the time I drove off the lot, I felt confident, excited, and fully satisfied with my purchase. “I went into Jim Ellis Maserati in November 2025 to compare the Alfa Romeo SUV with the Maserati SUV. I had previously owned and enjoyed driving Alfas, but now needed room for a medium sized border collie and more luggage space. The additional space and luxury of the Maserati Levante plus a "sport" driving mode seemed perfect. When Antonio Stevenson and I test drove the Levante, I was sold. There is comfort and ease of handling, a nice digital interface and many other conveniences. Antonio's guidance made the test drive a pleasure. Everyone at Jim Ellis Maserati was friendly and professional. A 5 star experience!”

“I rarely write reviews, but wanted to give this dealership a deserved shout out for 5 star customer service. I purchased a CPO Maserati in May 2025. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership, from my sales rep Jeremy Slaughter, to the lovely lady at the front desk, GM Lorenzo Smith, finance, and even a quick chat with service- were top notch. The entire process was quick and seamless. The car is amazing. I’m sold, not just on Maserati, but Jim Ellis Maserati in particular. Highly recommend. Very happy!”
