Reminder to those who have to wait, if you have warranty, that's the longest wait of it all. As for the techs, once they can start they get you in and out ASAP. My advisor Chrisy was perfect and my mechanic did better than anyone else who's worked on my truck getting to the bottom of the main problems that others couldn't find. So happy!”

“Best car buying experience ever! I recently wrote a review for the Hennessy Ford Quick Land service when I had my Sprinter serviced. I just got a new Ford F150 Lightning all electric truck and my experience with Hennessy Ford was GREAT. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and never thought I would ever describe it as "great", but this was. I was fortunate enough to meet Taylor when I arrived. He was nice, knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, walked me through the whole process. I highly recommend asking for Taylor if he is there. I was trying to decide between different models of the Ford F150 and without being pushy, he helped guide me through the pros and cons of each to help me decide on the right truck for me. While Taylor was great, I found the whole Hennessy Ford Atlanta dealership was equally amazing. I am sure any other sales person would not disappoint (but I am still coming back to Taylor). Everybody there was friendly. People walking by who had nothing to gain from my purchase would ask if I needed water or anything. Others would smile and say hello. Taylor's manager and the finance department were professional, but just really kind people. It was like buying from a family member. I highly recommend using Hennessy Ford Atlanta!
