“While living in Ashland we bought several vehicles from Luck Chevrolet. Ross Luck made each purchase pleasant and James in the service department gave us a great customer experience each time. We moved two hours away and tried other dealerships but none of them compared to Luck. While searching high and low for a specific Tahoe we landed back at Luck! Ross took great care of us again and we were glad to see James over in the service department when we were there. Luck Chevrolet is a first class experience and we highly recommend it!”

“Luck Chevy location in Ashland VA. Have always had good service with simple oil changes and tire rotation. Last visit, Monday 9/29/25 was a very challenging experience with the tires being installed with front drivers side wheel lugs not tight. I had to pull over next to Sheetz directly next to the Chevy dealership to investigate a wheel that was not secured and could have been a major accident. The service manager was helpful and rode with me to listen to the noise and quickly had the tech tighten the lugs. There was a terrible excuse that the lug socket wasn’t available in my glove box which we found quickly to remove that excuse. I drove the vehicle to Ferbers to double check the remaining wheels for correct torque and found the passenger rear was also extremely loose. This was after the service manager from Chevy assured me they’ve all been double checked. I watched closely and never seen the tech tighten or check the other 3 wheels. This is why I went to Ferbers. I returned to share what was found at Ferbers and the service manager made a comment about the tech being a long term trusted technician. I didn’t ask for anything in return however wanted to share that feedback the techs maybe communicating things he’s not actually physically doing. This could have been a major accident with myself or family driving the vehicle so I hope someone takes time to review this feedback which I would never normally take time to complete. It seems the service manager is stuck in prior experience and not providing honest feedback to techs with an accountability process.”

“Had my vehicle serviced. This is a day later… so far repairs are holding up as always. I’ve been a customer for over a year and each experience is pleasant. The integrity of those who work here is something I haven’t seen at a dealership. It’s remarkable. The workmanship is 100% and the prices are far more reasonable than two other Chevy dealers I’ve been to. I’m very impressed with Megan’s knowledge base. When I first found this place I had been plagued with a transmission issue for close to 3 years. No one could help me, including the dealership I bought my vehicle from new. I spoke to Megan in service and she knew exactly what it was. Upon getting it diagnosed… she was dead on accurate. From there I knew this would be my go to service center. I Really appreciate Luck Chevrolet. Happy I found them.”
