“This is our first time using the service center at Basic Auto Sales, and we are very happy we tried them out. Our daughter‘s car wasn’t starting, and we knew it wasn’t the battery. It’s a pretty old car, so we didn’t want to invest a lot more in it. Basic quickly diagnosed it was the starter, and gave us a very reasonable quote, including an option for using recondition parts to help lower the total price. I knew it was a good quote because I’m a bit of a DIY and had already researched picking up the part myself and trying the install. But given their very competitive pricing, it just wasn’t worth my time or the risk of me messing it up. They all were very nice to deal with, and the car came back clean. We will use them again.”
