âPurchased 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid on 9/1/25. Dealership agreed to pay off outstanding loan on our trade-in ($750) but failed to send payment to the bank despite multiple follow-ups. On 10/16, salesperson admitted they never sent the payoff, causing loan to go overdue. Additionally, received aftermarket key fobs (not disclosed at sale) that were defective and required multiple attempts to fix. On 10/27, the CR-V was stolen with no forced entryâlikely via fob cloning. Dealership never told us about the HondaLink tracking service, inhibiting vehicle recovery. I had to pay off the loan on our old car out-of-pocket to avoid going into collections for a car that we no longer owned, while dealing with insurance on our stolen CRV. Ultimately, the dealership didnât reimburse me the $750 on our old car until mid-November. The CR-V was never recovered, so I had to work through the dealership to get a refund on the warranty. Just yesterday I received the refund (over 2 months later). If you want to buy a Honda, make sure you set up HondaLink and purchase some after market security devices. And, of course, donât buy from Mainline Honda.
They do not deserve your money.â

âI encountered discourtesy and misinformation in the service department earlier this week. My vehicle officially failed emissions inspection because its computer memory had been wiped clean two days earlier when AAA changed the battery. Obviously, that's not the dealership's fault. However, when I questioned the guy responsible for dealing with inquisitive customers as to why I was charged for an inspection that couldn't be completed, the ensuing discussion was not at all helpful. The guy repeatedly interrupted me (with nothing new to say). Then, when I said I would accept and pay the charge, but expressed my disappointment with the dealership, he did not explain to me (as I learned from the paperwork when I got home) that I was entitled to a free retest. Hello?! It's a shame, because Martin Main Line lost a new customer simply for lack of good manners and failure to provide me with relevant information. I hope that this review will effect change at Martin Main Line Honda, but I'm not going back to find out. Oh, almost forgot to mention: there was no running water in the rest room, and the soap dispenser was broken.
Edit following dealership response: Response reads like standard boilerplate effort to look good to potential customers. It ignored my statement that I wouldnât be back. It did not describe any actions being taken on the basis of the clear information I provided. Instead, it expressed disappointment that I shared about my experienceâno acknowledgement of their mistakes. Clearly no point spending further time on this.â

âI had an EXCELLENT buying experience here! Mr. Corrardo handled me well! I came in to purchase a 2026 Honda CRV. Let's face it, and in my opinion, Honda and Toyota vehicles almost sell themselves. Their reputation on reliability is bar none.
Having said that, the sales experience can make a difference. I did NOT mention this during my interaction with Corrardo, but I had a bad experience at a previous Honda dealer in Longhorne, PA. Earlier in the day, after agreeing to the price and making an appointment to come in the next day to purchase, make a down payment, and to bring my title to trade, the salesman sold my car. He informed me this while I was at the bank getting a cashier's check for my down payment. I felt played and disgusted.
About 2 weeks ago, I came to Maineline Honda to test drive. A friend was with me and her mother purchased from Corrardo and had a great experience. This same friend also has a Honda and gets her car serviced there - that same car was purchased from the same dealership few years ago. She always has a good experience consistently with their service department.
I should've just stuck with Mainline Honda and Corrardo from the beginning. For other reasons, I was in Longhorne area and decided to resume my car shopping out there.
I got more for my trade in AND I received $1,000 towards my down payment. And to top it off, Corrardo was patient, informative, helpful, and very humble. I felt taken care of and listened to.
I also want to shout out Andre! He also handled me well. He didn't try to upsell me. He actually gave me a slightly better rate to keep my payments under $500. I initially didn't care to get an extended warranty from the manufacturer. I planned to add it around the 6 month mark where I could just buy it straight out. But because Andre worked to keep my payments lower, another $30 for piece of mind seems worth it.
I am officially part of the Honda family. And if anyone in my circle of influence and on the internet are in the market for a Honda, I HIGHLY recommend Mainline Honda and Corrardo. Because he and Andre made for a great experience, I fully believe that the other salesman are great too.
Happy Honda days are real!"đâ

âWonderful service and I got a tire repair on the same day for a slow leak but they in fact did not fix the issue at all and took 1.5 hours to change one tire. It was simply a slow leak but when I left within 8 hours the tire was still leaking and I am now having to get another tire replaced because they were unable to find the real problem of my slow leak. If you need maintenance or fairly priced repairs do not go here. The photo attached is my tire two days later after they fixed it. Still flatâ

âIâm a buyer that knew exactly what they wanted, and this dealership had a vehicle Iâd been looking for for over a year. I was also trading my elderly momâs old Accord, so I wanted her to come along. I worked with Derrick, who was phenomenal. He was upfront about cost, and the value weâd get for the trade. Beyond that, he was kind and patient with my Mom, and made us both totally comfortable with the transaction. If youâre looking for a Honda, definitely give him a call!â
