“I've given these guys & gals 5 stars. On April 17 2023 our car stopped and wouldn't start in Sinton Tx. The local mechanic in Sinton tried to jump it, nothing. He called in a buddy to tow it to Commercial Ford. James answered the phone when we called and took the frustration that my husband was dealing with stride. He was calm and collected and as helpful as he could be. Rock the service manager took car of us when we arrived and got the car fixed and us on our way. These guys were nothing less then fabulous and are proof positive that SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE still exists. I can't say enough great things about them. All the staff members were super friendly and again, customer service was AMAZING!”

“Worse place to take your vehicle to get body work . Had good service before in the mechanical shop but the body shop it just bunch of lies. They waited seven weeks to order the parts they needed and want to make excuses. I thought I was going to get great service like the mechanical shop. Don’t recommend to my worst enemy.”
