“Had been looking for a used F-150 for some time. Saw that Mullinax had taken a local trade and contacted them. I worked with Barry Ross, who was very helpful and responsive. I live a few hours from the dealership, so it was great to be able to manage the purchase remotely and have the truck delivered at no additional cost. Appreciated that Mullinex has no extra dealer fees. Just tax, title and tags. Only reason the rating is not 5 stars is the upfront price was above the market valuation. But happy overall with the service and buying experience and would recommend Mullinax to others for new or used vehicles.”

“Great service overall. We hit a few bumps during the purchasing process, but I was able to walk away happy and with a win in the end. Jonathan was awesome—very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. Just be prepared to spend most of the day at the dealership. That said, the final outcome made it worth it. The only hiccup was that the vehicle came with just one key fob, so the dealership now has to order another one and I’ll need to drive from Tampa to pick it up. Aside from that, it was a solid experience. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, no matter where you’re coming from. The managers were awesome as well.”
