I’ve purchased two vehicles from TJ at Suburban Jeep Ram in Ann Arbor, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. TJ is a great salesman—honest, upfront, and straightforward, with absolutely no hidden agenda or pressure tactics. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free both times. I truly appreciate his transparency and professionalism and highly recommend TJ to anyone looking for a solid, trustworthy salesperson.

I have been sitting on this review for over 2 weeks, i have to protect others DO NOT BUY the 2021 Buick Encore in white vin number KL4MMDS28MB054033. We were looking for a 2017 Pacifica for my dog and I, however they called and said they have a Buick Encore instead it's a bit newer less miles so i was like okay. Me and my family drove over an hour to get there I was like it's not what I wanted but my mom has a 2022 its nice so I was still kinda excited. We arrive and I begin inspecting the vehicle, the ENTIRE car has been repainted like a 2 year old with a marker not even kidding. I open doors and see horrible bondo work headliner destroyed from the major collision this car had been in (which they did tell us after we looked at the carfax). I was beyond livid but remained calm and said how insulted I was that they would even put that garbage on the lot and make us drive over an hour to see it. They gave the corporate "there's something for everybody, we understand if it's not something you would like but someone else will nonsense." There is no way this vehicle should be sold to the public idc how much off it is it looks a mess. You could easily buy one wrecked from auction and repair it correctly for less. They took pictures of it purposely to deceive you into thinking it is in good shape its beyond horrible go see it for yourself. If you do become the sucker who buys this make sure you have them repaint the ENTIRE vehicle inside and out and check frame and structure damages as well. Now to the good part, because we drove all the way there I was going to find something else even though I felt we should have left after the Buick nightmare at the same time. I saw a 2018 Pacifica with less miles maybe the bank would like this one better, sales guy Wilmer was great helped throughout the entire process making sure we were taken care of. After a few hours I did end up leaving with my now new to me 2018 Pacifica Touring L and I love it so far it has been great, I wish they would have tried this one before the Buick at all seeing as its what I originally wanted then this would have been a 5 star experience. I would shop here again but only because Wilmer was extremely polite and helped get the vehicle we wanted. Just be careful not to look or sound desperate or they will probably push something on you just t o get it off thier lot, also the warranty isn't that great so make sure you get your own after. UPDATE: These people don't value your time, money, or the vehicles they sell. I wouldn't buy anything from here ever again. So far they sold a car with tires so bald I HAD to change them just to drive in these winter conditions (I was like annoying but its a used car fine), now there's some kind of oil leak they just deflect and blame the place I had the car inspected calling them liars. So idk who to trust, I'll probably just bite the bullet and pay to have it fixed. Why would I trust a dealership that sells garbage vehicles, Has horrible service reviews, tries to blame someone else off rip, gets all offended when you're rightfully upset about something you just paid for breaking already? That would be foolish I don't need you breaking something else. Not pleased and I will NEVER return here and advise others to stay away as well I know you don't care so this is just to warn others buy at your own RISK. "Just bring it back and drop it off" ya that's 4 hours of driving just to SEE if you're going to fix it nobody in thier right mind in these conditions would do that without major guarantees and a loaner for the inconvenience. They offered neither and just want me to drive an hour each way at least twice just to LOOK at the car not FIX. Find people that value your time and business and shop elsewhere plenty of good dealers to choose from should have done more research before coming here.

I had an incredible experience at this dealership. Tom and Jillian were really pleasant to deal with. I am very happy with my purchase and highly satisfied. The team ensured that my concerns were addressed. They have been in touch since I have bought the car to make sure we are having a smooth ride. Highly recommended

From the moment I walked in, I was exceptionally happy with the customer service I was provided. Wilmer was very helpful and quick to respond when I had questions. When I came in to test drive the car, I never felt pressured which I loved. Tom, Jennifer & the other two managers were extremely helpful & took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal/car. I really appreciated everything the whole team did. 10/10 customer service!!! I will continue to support this dealership.

I took my daughter‘s car there on a Saturday for a key fob repair that I wanted reprogrammed. The service advisor Tom LH was excellent, very patient, and very thorough. He looked it up and found out that it could be done under the warranty and proceeded to order the correct equipment and although they took a few days to fix it, they went ahead and got all the Repair done in a very professional manner. They even offered to drop the car off. Overall, very happy with the service , I would give them five stars. I know they’re busy. My only comment would be if they would be able to answer the phones or text to make communication easier.
