The owner updated their reply as I was responding to them. Their original reply is not there anymore. It was disrespectful, insulting and pathetic My Original: Don't waste your time. I agree 100% with the last person. Absolutely horrible and incompetent people. Based on my experience, I would be willing to suggest they use false advertising too. They made an appt with me for the next morning to look at that specific vehicle. I texted them two hrs before to confirm the 11:30am appt. The person texted back saying that the advertised vehicle "might be" in Ann Arbor. What??? I have an appt to look at a specific advertised vehicle and it might be there??? Said they "have 42 stores", they "weren't sure where it was". So I have an appointment to look at the specific advertised vehicle. And they didn't even know if the vehicle was at the dealership in Ann Arbor. Incredible. I'm glad I double checked before my appt. Completely incompetent. The used car department manager the sales manager should be fired based on my experience. My suggestion is to considered not doing business with them. Your call. Updated 2/7: Their original reply was snide, mocking, childlike and unprofessional. From a "major metro area dealership". They scream don't waste your time. They say the vehicle is/was advertised at their Farmington Hills location and they still have it. Implied that I misread their ad and was to "blame". BS. Their reply is completely false and misleading. An example of their lack of integrity. Remember, the owner changed their insulting and disrespectful reply so you don't read it. And he still didn't tell truth. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other metro area dealerships to buy a car.”

“I took my daughter down to Suburban Chevrolet in Ann Arbor for her first used car purchase experience. Joey D'emilio was our salesman. We spent a lot of time discussing our budget and what we were looking for and we test drove two used Subarus. We discussed the pros and cons of paying cash for an older vehicle versus getting a much better car and getting a small loan for the balance above our budget. We chose the latter because it was an ideal way of establishing credit for my daughter. The car was in excellent shape and the price was very good. At first the proposed interest rate was somewhat high, but by the time we concluded the sale they had gotten it knocked down to something very reasonable and that helped our budget. We concluded the sale that day and she drove the car home. I've bought and sold many vehicles over many decades, new and used, from dealerships and private sellers. This was one of the most positive dealership experiences I've ever had. Joey is an experienced and straightforward salesman who got us the best car for the money with good advice and no hype or pressure. Based on my experience I highly rate this dealership and the sales staff for buying a used car.”
