“I left a review based on my purchase experience, which was completely positive. I've only had my Hummer EV two weeks though, and it has been smelling hot in the garage when I get home. I checked the coolant tank, and it was completely empty. There is no coolant smell in my garage, nor have there been any puddles or any reason to believe it had a coolant leak; so it is reasonable to assume it came to me this way. It is currently sitting a my local GMC dealership with a potential battery failure. This is a used vehicle that is thankfully under warranty, but I'm currently being told it is likely I will be without it for several weeks. One of the reasons I purchased this vehicle from this dealership was that it was a local one-owner truck that was bought and serviced at this dealership since new. They said they perform some 1xx multipoint inspection on all used vehicles and that there were no issues with it. How on earth in a comprehensive multipoint vehicle inspection does a tech not notice a vehicle is completely out of coolant!?!?!?! I'm not talking about a subtle problem; this is the most basic thing they should be checking. I'm not faulting the sales staff, because they are trusting their service team. So I'm frustrated, but it's not so much on the purchasing side. With what I'm experiencing though, I would NEVER consider taking a vehicle here for service.”

“William was a great guy to work with. He got back to me fast, listened to my situation and what I wanted, and took the time with us to get what we needed. We never felt rushed and he made sure my wife understood the tech on her car and showed her the service center and introduced us to the crew there so she didn’t feel uncomfortable if she ever needed them.”

“Last week was my first time buying a car for myself alone and this dealership made it a far better experience than I was expecting! I had a very specific list I was on the lookout for and went for a used Pontiac Vibe they had. Saleswoman Lou Cheek was extremely kind, responsive, and totally honored the fact that I was focused in my shopping. No runarounds to look at other cars I already knew weren’t right for me. Though it was obvious I was new to this, she and the sales manager did not take advantage of that in the slightest and were incredibly fair in negotiations. None of the pressuring or slight of hand with add-on’s that dealerships can be notorious for - me saying no once was honored on the spot! Thank you Lou Cheek and staff for meeting me where I’m at, treating me with respect and understanding, and making it a great experience!”

“Missy Taylor and the rest of the staff did an amazing job taking care of us when we had a dire situation. They were kind, and caring and could tell they care about their customers. This is exactly how a car buying experience should be. Quick, easy, and all around the best experience I’ve had buying a car. Would recommend to anyone anywhere anytime. 10/10 100%!”

“Excellent customer experience! I had some specific asks related to price matching another dealers and Gavin and Charles made every effort within reason to accommodate my wishes! There was a small hiccup on delivery of the truck but that issue was handled expertly and satisfactorily! Highly recommend the team!”
