We brought our vehicle to Frontier Ford for a $200 rodent inspection. When I arrived, the service advisor did not even know what we were there for and said it was not written down. That was concerning from the start. We sat in the waiting area for about an hour and a half, and at no point did I see our car pulled into the garage or service bay for inspection. When the service advisor finally came out, he told us the inspection was completed and that there was minimal damage. I questioned how the inspection was done since I never saw the vehicle brought into the service area. He then asked, “Well, you saw the car move, right?” I said, “Of course, you had to move it from the front of the dealership.” He responded with, “Okay then,” as if that settled the question. Moving it from the parking spot is not the same as performing an inspection. Instead of calmly explaining the process, he told me I was questioning his integrity. I stayed calm and simply said I wanted to pay and go home. He became increasingly argumentative, talking very fast, visibly agitated, his face red, and repeatedly insisting he was not arguing while continuing to argue. He even offered to pull camera footage to prove they worked on it, but at that point I just wanted to leave. This is unfortunately the third issue I have experienced at this dealership, and the pattern is disappointing. After going back and forth, he involved his manager and they ultimately waived the inspection fee. While I appreciate that they did not charge us, the interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope Frontier Ford improves organization and communication with customers in situations like this. **EDIT** We took our car immediately to another place. They said the felt on the wheel well had been chewed through and through. Frontier said there was MINIMAL damage! Frontier said they topped off fluids on the paperwork but the place we took it to said they had to top off the fluids. Frontier said they looked under the hood and everything looked good. Interesting, the new place we went to found a cracked coolent overflow box. I won't be back!!

I can’t say enough good things about Ted, the Director of Operations at Frontier Ford. From start to finish, Ted went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. His leadership, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers truly set the tone for the entire dealership. Ted was knowledgeable, approachable, and proactive in making sure my experience was seamless. It’s rare to see someone in his role so personally invested in customer satisfaction, and it really shows in how well Frontier Ford is run. Because of Ted, I felt valued, respected, and confident that I was in good hands. If you’re looking for a dealership that operates with integrity and professionalism, Frontier Ford — and especially Ted — is the place to go. Highly recommend!

We had a GREAT experience. We went in to turn in a lease and got a Subaru Outback & Toyota Highlander. Jason was an amazing salesman and really helped us decide what we wanted. My son is 4 and he was so kind and sweet to him as well. Jason was the reason we didn’t even look anywhere else. You don’t get that care everywhere. Bob the finance guy was amazing as well and VERY patient (sorry for being indecisive). Fernando the manager was funny and took the details seriously. we would absolutely recommend them to our friends & family. They got us some great deals. I am in loveeee with my new car :) thank you guys!!!

I bought a 2019 F150 limited this month from, Jeremiah WAS A BULLFROG….. sorry, it’s just Jeremiah I want to say the first part when I met him but was to chicken. Anyway, I was in the market for a truck, a nice truck in my price range of about 30,000 bucks. In my vast search of the internet I found many trucks that fell into that category. This truck was the best bang for my buck in my opinion. 73,000 miles and a 2019 Limited with massage seats. It was a little bit more than I wanted to spend. The other trucks I looked at the around this price typically had significantly more miles, or was quite a bit older. So I sent a request online about there truck and Jeremiah is who reached out to me. He was polite, well spoken and had clear communication. I told him where I wanted to be and I feel he did his best together me there. I had an older trade in and there initial offer was acceptable compared to what other dealers offered me for it. Would I of liked more, yes but at the end of the day it was a well used 1999 f250 gasser. Other dealers would be firm at 1,000 bucks, they gave me 3,000 which I could have probably got more private party but not much more in my opinion. The offer of 3,000 was right out of the gate and on par with my Carvana offer. So with the trade in I feel that went well. I did a quick check of the truck. I would consider the condition to meet standards for a vehicle being resold by a dealer. The test drive went great and I found no major issues with the vehicle. They were transparent and provided a carfax that showed the vehicles history which looked good. We talked numbers and they had minimal add ons and we landed on a number quickly without the dicking around aspect which is nice as I’m a busy guy. With final price in hand I went to the bank and got them there money. Signing went quick and the staff was very personal. They did not attempt to shame me into buying extra prop, they just mentioned what they had to offer and that was it. They gave us the keys and that was it we drove off into the sunset satisfied with the purchase. I chuckled as Jeremiah said after the test drive when I confirmed I wanted the truck “Are you ready for the easiest car purchase?” I had chuckled as this typically is not the case I have experienced, but all in all I think it was definitely one of the easiest I’ve had out of the multiple purchases at various dealers over the years. I would definitely buy from again if they have a vehicle I was looking for at the right price.

This was the easiest truck purchase i have ever made. Andre saw that we were having trouble with our current truck and made the process to purchase a new truck pain free. They also offered a fair value for our trade. A great price for the new truck and have a low tax rate compared to other cities.
