“I live in Omaha. I saw an Armada you had on your lot that my wife and I wanted. Tammy helped me through the process. I was able to remotely complete the purchase without needing to drive the 3 hours there. Not only did Tammy and the finance team hook me up, they also offered to bring the vehicle to me!! This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Thank you!!”

“The weather forecast looked to be awful, so I left a voice mail at 6 a.m. to apologize but to cancel my appointment. I received a call back and was given the lovely opportunity to have Lithia Nissan of Ames bring a driver to my location, pick up my car for needed service, and then bring it back to me with a detailed invoice of all services completed. I cannot tell you how valued I felt by having the staff members go above and beyond to ensure the necessary service happened to my car, without me having to do a single thing. It was a true blessing after two weeks of hardship (including two family members dying, another one getting COVID, and a beloved pet with aggressive cancer having to be euthanized). I am grateful for the wonderful service I received (even though they knew nothing of the struggles I had been through). They might say they were 'just doing their jobs' but I would say they provided phenomenal service and demonstrated why "Iowa nice" is a real thing! Thank you.”

“Tammy was excellent! She did not pressure to buy, very knowledgeable about the inventory, and worked with me and my wants/needs to find the perfect vehicle in my price point. I had a great experience!”

“I bought my car and tire sensor light came on shortly after getting on the road. Then less than 1 month after buying the vehicle it breaks down, only to find out the extended warranty that we were told covers " bumper to bumper" except light bulbs etc would not cover it. Each time reaching out to the dealership I received call your warranty company or your auto insurance should cover it. I even reached out to the General Manager and left a voicemail- which I still have not heard anything back after leaving the message more than 1 week ago. Obviously they don't stand by their vehicles and I am now out $1600 for repairs. This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, and unless you want a dealership that sells you vehicles like this I would not recommend

“On January 14th my daughter and I bought a 2011 Cadillac SRX. We were able to finance it along with a service contract.
On January 18th the car died.
On Januray 19th the car was towed to a local dealership.
On Januray 23rd we were told that the radio and lift gate switch needed to be replaced along with the battery for almost $3300.00.
Today is February 8th and the car is still in the shop because they are still waiting on parts.
It took me the better part of the day on the 19th to get the service contract activated only to find out the the contract does not
cover these parts or service.
I AM SEETHING WITH ANGER!!!!!
I talked to Francisco several times and I know he felt bad but gave me no satisfaction.
I emailed Scott Karnowski, our salesman, and heard absolutely nothing back from him!!!
What kind of a business are you running???? I was looking for help and received nothing. Not even an appology or any
kind of remorse from anyone.
I have to pay this out of pocket - what good is a service contract if it won't even cover repairs???
I am so disgusted with your dealership and how everything was handled.
I posted a review on your website and I will stand behind it - I will never do business with this dealership again.”
