“This was the second time I had my oil change done there at Ron Carter in Alvin and I have not been disappointed at all. I used to go to a different Dodge dealership in the area for my oil changes but I decided to give Ron Carter a try. I love the personal attention and the efficiency. My service advisor is readily available to answer any questions that I have. It has been a pleasant experience both times and I will continue to visit them with my service needs. “This is not the Ron Carter of old, new management indeed. The only my reason I went there is because it is right down the street from the house. I needed to get my wife’s Wrangler looked at in the service dept. After speaking with the Service Dept, I went to the front and wanted to look at what they had as far as new/used Wranglers or Gladiators. It was early so I walked the lot and viewed their inventory. At about a quarter to 9am I went into the showroom where they were just getting ready for the day. Mr OJ approached and the journey began. The usual info gathering. He grabbed a couple of keys and we went out to the lot. The few used cars would’ve worked but he had an ace. “I got a Gladiator up front I’m told we marked down to $35k.” Why not, let’s give it a look. I had looked at it previously but it was way outside our budget. So we go up front. Texas Trail edition. Honestly the nicest vehicle we’ve ever owned. Sent pics to the wife and she was onboard. So we started the process. At no time did I feel pressured or belittled. Both of which happened under previous management. We started doing paperwork and the wife had to come up to the dealership to test drive and do the deal. The wrangler was in her name. Took a bit of time but we got back to finance with Mr Chad. Again no pressure. He is the first person to sit down and start with whether you get the warranty or not, let’s go over it in detail so you know exactly what is covered. We did go with the warranty and the GAP. The team here at Ron Carter took great care of us and we will be back for the next car.”
