“Brought our Jeep in for some issues we were having. Received some emails telling us our appointment was cancelled after they had the car in their possesion. That was weird but in the end car was ready at approximately the time they initially stated. The kicker was when we got home we realized they broke the cup holder on the door. Only a $15 part but the fact that they simply refused to pay for it, even stating “There is no way of us knowing if that piece was broken upon arrival.”, as if I was trying to scam them for a free part was absolutely insulting. It is not the cost of the item but the principal, you broke it you buy it. The customer service was always subpar on previous visits, but this put it into the subterranean level. Cannot and will not recommend going there under any circustance, and will be sure to share my story over the holidays on numerous occasions. Off to Kelly Jeep for me in the future.”

“First I would like to say that I have 20+ years working at automotive dealers in various roles. When I walked into the Nucar Jeep dealer I was welcomed by a very friendly sales person Jose Berret. I told Jose what type of vehicle we needed and he presented me with a freshly traded 2024 Gladiator that hadn't gone through the shop yet. After we went for a test drive, I asked, "if we can make a deal happen, could I take it home tonight." He promptly responded with, "No, I'm sorry, it hasn't gone through the shop yet. We need to make sure it is SAFE before you take it." I thanked him and told him that was the answer I was hoping he would say. He had no idea that I was fishing to see how trust worthy this dealer was. He answered honestly and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear so I would sign the paper work. This dealer group definitely prioritizes quality, safety, and customer satisfaction over just another quick sale! Thank you Jose and to the owners of Nucar dealer group!”

“I want to thank Matt Hahn, for giving me & my granddaughter world class service, & red carpet treatment! Matt went above & beyond, to get me into a BRAND NEW 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! We we're without a vehicle, so he picked us up at my house and brought us to the dealership; He made the process SO smooth, and painless, not to mention FAST!!! I was in and out of here in ONE HOUR!!! Matt truly is the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!!!! I will recommend ALL of my friends and family to him!! I was treated professional their was barely any costumers but we all had a good laugh and smiling besides snowing a lot and very cold but we all had amazing time. I can't thank everyone enough. I hope to keep making future purchases there if I'm still in PA . I recommend anyone there just do your homework and research before buying any truck or vehicle.”
