“I purchased a 2021 Explorer. We drove two hours from New Jersey because we couldn’t find a trustworthy salesperson anywhere in our state. Matt Norris was our salesperson and he was fully transparent and easy to work with. I never felt pressured during my two visits to Haldeman Ford. The car was certified pre-owned and came with a 12 month/12,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. 32 days after the purchase I took it to my local Ford dealer for routine service. During the visit I was recommended to tighten several loose panels beneath the vehicle which were determined to be the root cause of the wind noise I experienced from the day I bought the vehicle. The speedometer also needs calibration, but I understand that’s not possible. At all times the actual speed is two to three miles per hour lower than what the digital speedometer reads. Now seventy-five dollars lighter in the wallet after having the panels tightened, I wish the CPO inspection had been a little more thorough. Overall, I would definitely recommend Haldeman Ford to friends and family in the market for a new or used vehicle.”
