“Terrible dealership. Nearly got slammed into by one of their employees driving 60 mph in a 35 mph zone. They drove in the center lane that’s supposed to be utilized for turning only so they could pass me speeding dangerously. Normally I wouldn’t care, but I have my 1 year old daughter in the car too. I fear for her safety more than anything. Went to the dealership to confront them about the issue and they said they were too busy because they had a monster truck event happening. There’s the vehicle. The papers on the windows advertising how much the vehicle costs were on the drivers side. I showed them the picture of vehicle and they acted so smug saying “we can’t keep track of our employees we have so many” well they have cameras too! I showed them the time stamp of the picture around 9:30 am and they didn’t bother to make any effort to find the employee nearly killing people on the streets. Go to a real dealership in Alice like the Payne dealership or Hacienda ford. Don’t go to a place that will endanger your lives and your children’s lives.”

“I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette from Team Alice Chevrolet in May 2025. At the time of sale, I was provided a Carfax report showing no major mechanical issues, and I was told the vehicle was immaculate with no prior problems. A few months later, I discovered the engine had actually been replaced at just 12,560 miles due to catastrophic engine failure — a fact that was never disclosed to me, even though the dealership’s own records show they knew about it. I later confirmed the details with Classic Chevrolet in Sugar Land, TX, where the replacement was performed. This was a Certified Pre-Owned purchase, which means the dealership had access to the full service history and should have been transparent. Instead, they sold me a vehicle under false pretenses. This type of nondisclosure is deceptive and unacceptable. Buyers deserve honesty, especially when making such a significant purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Team Alice Chevrolet.”

“Automotive Service- DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I left by vehicle for a week didn't receive no calls between the 24-72hrs they needed to look at it! I called on the 3rd to seen if it had been looked at and was told by Sonny he'll call me back because they were currently looking at it! The 3rd day of it being there. Needed to leave it another day for parts to come in. Called the next day still not ready was asked to leave it another day because it was done. Got it back Friday after 4pm and just for my same power reduced engine light to come on again as I get into my driveway. Paid almost $500 for the issue to not get fixed!!”
