Angela was patient, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Yahya was transparent and accommodating, and I appreciated how willing they were to work with me to make the numbers align. Ariana in finance was clear, efficient, and made the paperwork process easy to understand.. Overall, I felt respected and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. “Customer service was great from the start. It was a 2 hour commute for me and Jayno didn’t waste my time. The car was already pulled out and ready for me to test drive when I got there. Their entire finance team is great as well. They make you feel at home and they don’t even pressure you to purchase even after the test drive. Most definitely will be getting my business in the future.”

“I want to put 0 stars but I’m forced to put a star. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on December 17, and by December 20—less than three days later—I began experiencing serious issues with the car not starting on multiple occasions. I immediately returned to the dealership to report the problem. The salesperson I bought the vehicle from assured me an appointment would be scheduled the following week. That appointment never happened. I received no follow-up call or email, despite repeated attempts to contact them. After multiple calls, I finally had to escalate the issue to the sales manager just to get basic communication. While waiting to hear back, the vehicle also failed Maryland State Inspection due to a wheel bearing issue, which raises serious concerns about the condition of the car at the time of sale. When I initially returned to the dealership, the salesperson, Abdel, told me the dealership would take responsibility and cover the repair costs. However, when I returned on Saturday, December 27, and spoke directly with sales manager’s, I was given completely conflicting information and told the dealership would not cover any costs. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The Carfax information was inaccurate, and the vehicle clearly did not meet Maryland inspection standards. After paying nearly $20,000, I was quoted over $1,000 in repairs within less than two weeks of ownership. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Once they receive your money, their willingness to help disappears. The vehicles appear to be money pits, and accountability is lacking.”

“Hi all. Find Alex if you are looking for a salesperson. He was mine… honest kind and passionate about what he does. But got to know the whole team you are lucky with any of them Why are they so great? I happened to meet the GM over the phone and wow, the guy truly has a big heart and is real— what I learned — talking with the mechanics, sales, and finance teams. Why I give 5 stars? I'd give 10 if I could. It’s important when I choose a dealership. I always talk to everyone and learn about their passions; all the people I spoke with are great. Is it that I ask how they like the GM, and they all have personal, kind stories? So, if you are looking for a Mazda, even if you’re in other parts of the DMV, check out Alexandrea Stafford Brown! It may be farther then the other locations but I found this one was worth the drive! Go Mazda team. Thanks for the 3 or 4 cars Ive purchased over the 5 to 7 years. Always will send my friends and family here.”
