“From the moment I drove into the parking lot and got out of the car, Jeff, my salesman, was great! He provided excellent service and made me feel comfortable during the car buying process. The inventory on the lot was not great, however, a car with all of my non-negotiables was found and brought in for me. I have excellent credit yet a high interest rate was offered to me. My less than excellent rating is due to the finance team not offering a lower rate until I said I was going to finance with my credit union. Then they offered to match it and then beat it. I visited the dealership three times within one week to finalize my new car purchase. It was a little stressful. In the end, they worked with me to ensure that I was happy with the cost and the car.”

“Nice place, but not sure if I recommend getting specific services done for older cars here. Spent nearly $1,000 after labor to get a wheel bearing replaced last year when it was brought up during a multi-point inspection. Unfortunately, another shop recently said that the part needed to be done again properly. The new shop was able to describe the issue clearly and resolve the matter for half of the price. Again, a very nice place to conduct regular maintenance and other business. This is my personal suggestion to consider getting work done at alternative shops if extra services are recommended during the multipoint inspection, especially for cars not newer in years. Would not want anyone to spend additional money and be out of luck like me.
Update: 10/30/2025 - After speaking with Laramie, I am upgrading my review. It was nice to have a refreshing conversation that addressed the issue and looked for a solution without any blame being placed on either party. Good learning opportunity for us both. Will be helpful moving forward if the service advisors continue to improve on consulting (or be more consistent in communication), so customers can have enough information initially.”

“I had an outstanding experience leasing a vehicle from this dealership. I drove over two hours just to come here, and it was absolutely worth it thanks to their impeccable sales team.
Initially, I tried going through Rick Hendrick Chevrolet because they were closer, but they made the process difficult and were way off on pricing. In contrast, I found this dealership through Chevrolet.com, and their pricing was much more in line with what I saw online. Not only did they meet my expectations—they exceeded them. I ended up getting into a nicer vehicle for a lower monthly payment!
I personally worked with Anoush, Abdullah, Colin, and Hamid—every one of them was professional, honest, and easy to work with. I highly recommend asking for any of them if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.
