I recently purchased a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, and the whole experience was spectacular. Wes Trujillo, in particular, was so kind and patient; he was very knowledgeable and happily answered any questions I had. The financing department was also a pleasure to work with. All too often, buying a car can be stressful and pressure-induced. However, this was not the case here; it was such a pleasant experience, and I’m glad Wes was able to facilitate that experience for me - compared to other Mercedes dealerships in the area, this one definitely ranks the best in my books. Thank you, all!

WARNING!!!!! extremely disappointing experience at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria with Jeremy Seepersaud!!! I traded in my G63 for a GLE450e and worked with Mohammed Wajdy in sales and Jeremy Seepersaud in finance. What should have been a smooth and premium experience turned into one of the most careless and frustrating vehicle purchases I have ever made. We arrived for a scheduled appointment and nothing was ready. We were told we would be finished by 5 but we were not even seen until after 5. The vehicle was not properly detailed and still had grime around the steering wheel and other areas that should have been spotless for a brand at this level. The financing process was even worse. Jeremy Seepersaud first quoted a 7.6 percent rate. When I said I would secure my own financing, both he and Mohammed tried to talk me out of it. I found a 5.5 percent rate on my own. Only then did they suddenly match it. During signing they even attempted to slip the 7.6 percent rate back into the paperwork. I caught it only because I checked every line. When I pointed it out, Jeremy Seepersaud smirked and silently corrected it. After the sale they sent my documents in a password protected file without providing the password. It took three days and multiple follow ups before I received a non protected version, and even then it contained only half of the required documents. I had to request the rest again. Then the most serious issue surfaced. Mercedes Benz of Alexandria never submitted my New York registration packet. I contacted the New York DMV directly and they confirmed they have no record of ever receiving anything from the dealership. My Virginia temporary tag expires in a few days. This now puts me at risk of being unable to legally drive the car and also at risk of being unable to complete the required New York inspection before the vehicle is transported across the country. I reached out repeatedly and Jeremy Seepersaud and the team simply stopped responding. This has gone well beyond sloppy service. It has become a situation that jeopardizes my legal ability to operate a vehicle that I fully paid for and traded a G63 to acquire. The lack of accountability, follow through, and basic professionalism is shocking for a Mercedes store. I expected a premium customer experience. Instead I received delays, mistakes, incomplete documentation, silence, and a dealership that vanishes the moment the sale is complete.

By far the worst Mercedes-Benz service experience I’ve had. I walked into the dealership, made direct eye contact with the guy at the front, and instead of greeting me or even acknowledging I was there, he walked off and left me standing there waiting. No one came over to help. I waited about five minutes before anyone even spoke to me. This is supposed to be a luxury brand experience — the kind where you feel welcomed, taken care of, and respected the moment you walk in. Instead, I felt like I was standing in a Jiffy Lube line getting ignored. No urgency, no courtesy, no professionalism. What made it worse is that I voiced my concerns to the assistant service manager and she didn’t even apologize or anything. I asked if this was normal and she shrugged I guess That says a lot about the culture here. If leadership doesn’t care when a customer is clearly frustrated, it’s no surprise the front-line service is so poor. I’ve been to Mercedes-Benz in Fredericksburg and Arlington, and the difference is night and day. Those locations actually deliver the level of service you expect from Mercedes. This one didn’t come close. Completely unacceptable, and I won’t be back.

My experience with MB Alexandria was solid! I called salesman Doug as soon as the GLE 63s I had been looking for popped up and he was great over the phone. Direct and efficient. I flew in from Buffalo a few days later and Doug came in on his day off to finalize delivery. I had a few issues with payment but Jeremy from finance was professional and helped work it all out and I was on the road in no time. Thanks to the team for a smooth experience and so far the car is exactly what I was hoping it would be.

I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years but no more. I hand wash my cars regularly and any scratches on it I notice. I took my car in for a B service and now I have some awful scratches that just magically appeared. I tried to take it back and was told they were already there. They showed the pictures that they took and it looked nothing like damages. At best it looked like reflection off the light. Sad to say, this will be the last time I’m stepping my foot in there.
