“I recently brought my car to Malloy Ford for service and was upfront about some frustrations I’ve had in the past. My main concern was not always being told about issues while my vehicle was already there, which has led to multiple trips that could have been avoided.
Tyree really took the time to listen. I didn’t feel rushed or brushed off. He explained how they would go through my vehicle, what they would be looking for, and what I could expect. What really stood out was that he asked what he could do to exceed my expectations and make sure I left satisfied. That caught me off guard in a good way.
The level of service I received was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. It felt like he cared about getting it right, not just getting it done. I was impressed enough that I scheduled my follow up appointment on a day he was working, and I plan to continue working with him moving forward. At the end of the day, people like Tyree are what make a business stand out. Taking the time to listen and build trust matters. I’m grateful for the experience and the professionalism he showed.”

“I’ve been going to Malloy ford for several years for service on my car. Harry always greets me first and makes me feel welcome. Anytime I have a question or issue about my car he’s the man to get it resolved . I travel into Alexandria from DC for everything car related at Malloy because I trust them that much. I will never take my car anywhere else . Then recently I decided to trade my car in. Harry stayed checking in on me the whole process . It was so cool to have him to explain everything in detail I was so nervous . If I could give Harry and Malloy Ford more then 5 stars I’ve give them 500!”

“I had an excellent experience at Ford Malloy, and a huge part of that was my salesperson, Fassi. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, kept everything transparent, and made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free.
I ended up purchasing a Raptor R, and Fassi made sure everything was handled perfectly. He clearly knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his customers, which really shows. If you’re looking for someone who’s honest, efficient, and easy to work with, ask for Fassi—you won’t be disappointed.

“I am leaving this review as an honest review for others shopping for Ford's in the DMV area.
Let me start by saying I did EVENTUALLY get what I felt was a fair deal but it absolutely was not without all of the typical dealership games. For context I have owned 15 cars in my life and purchased 7 of them from corporate dealerships.
Our initial sales person Kyle was great to get started with. He reached out confirming the truck was available, set up and appointment, and had it ready for us to look at when we showed up. Made getting the process started smooth.
When my wife and I sat down to talk numbers, the initial offer was laughable with a low trade number, and aftermarket protection plan, and freight as an aftermarket item even though it is already included in the MSRP.
They swore they could not remove the double freight charge because it is "disclosed" in the website fine print. After talking to several other managers they did eventually match my trade offer from CarMax, remove the aftermarket protection, and the extra freight. This was $11,000 different from the initial numbers that they showed me.
Once we came to a deal they got the truck detailed and Aman quickly got us sorted out in the finance office.
After the sale is where I was surprised.I received a call a few days later to esign and fedex updated paperwork. A few days after that I get another call to fix more paperwork. And then finally I get one last call asking if I was getting new tag or transferring tags even though this was decided the day we bought it.
This is the only time in all of my car purchases where I have had to fix paperwork after the deal let alone several times.
At the end of the day I did get the deal I wanted and was happy with the speed in which we got it done but the typical games during the sales process and the disorganized nature after the sale definitely left us feeling a little frustrated by the whole ordeal.”

“I got a a killer deal on a brand new truck and a fair price for my trade. I drove from out of state to get the truck so it was important to me that we had the whole deal spelled out before committing to the drive. Once I got there all the numbers were the same and I didn't have to fight anyone to get a great deal. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with.”
