“I contacted this dealership to confirm vehicle availability. Rebecca reached out to me via text after my inquiry, and I informed her that I was shopping around to compare pricing. She responded by saying, “It’s great that you’re interested in our great deal,” which felt like an assumption rather than an acknowledgment of what I had actually stated.
I replied that I would not necessarily consider it a great deal and asked what the best price would be. Her response consisted only of numbers that matched the price already listed online, without addressing my question or providing any clarification. While I understand that discounts are not guaranteed, a professional salesperson should clearly communicate this, for example by stating that the online price is the best available.
Instead, she replied, “If you’re not interested, I won’t waste your time.” At no point did I say I was not interested. I explained that I was still interested but believed the vehicle was overpriced based on my experience.
She then stated that I “absolutely” said I was not interested, which was simply not true. Being told what I supposedly said, rather than having my concerns addressed respectfully, was extremely unprofessional.
Due to this experience, I will not be doing business with this dealership. I expect clearer communication and a more respectful approach to customer interactions.”

“This has got to be one of the best experiences I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. The manager and owner worked with me on the numbers to get to an agreed price that I could live with it’s a blessing to be able to pay for a car and not have to finance it. It was a very enjoyable experience very good team here and very fair. I would most defentely buy a car from Action Automotive again.”

“I had great experience with Action Automotive at Alexandria, VA location. Salesmen Jay and Finance Manager A.J. were awesome. Very personable with great customer service. Went the extra mile to get the cheapest rate and good deal on warranty. They also got a impressive inventory. I'm very pleased with the service. I highly recommend.”

“Bought a CyberTruck from this team. Mostly good experience. The used CT had 6k miles on it. Wrapped in matte black, which I very much prefer. They did a great job getting paperwork done quickly, but the downsides.... CT didnt have the Foundation series floor mats in it, the rubber ones. The actual floor mats were in the bed. The vehicle was only charged to 40 something percent when I test drove it, after making an appointment. Mind you, I live over 2 hours away from Alexandria, VA. I let them know that ahead of time. They tried to charge it when I was doing papers, but still had to stop at a Supercharger on the way home. Lastly, the vehicle didn't have the portable charger. They claimed they had one but after 20 minutes of me standing with the car outside, and them "looking" they didnt have it. They have some cool cars there, but the staff is okay at best. I emailed them after I purchased the vehicle to follow up and see if they had the charger, no response. Also, I asked about the integrated air compressor, which is an aftermarket buy from Tesla, didnt see it. NO Response back. I also found there was an air suspension fault after I had it for a day. I have the receipts for my emails.”

“Very professional and honest. Great customer service. They go above and beyond. Amazing selection of highend cars. The service department is prompt and efficient. I got a new key fob configured, new tires, brakes, brake fluid flush, oil change, and car detailing. My car runs and looks better than the day I got it from the dealership. They honestly care an look after you. Always a very pleasant experience without any hassle. A++++++ Highly recommended!”
