“I went in for oil change when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I paid went my car my door had been damaged. The young lady called Dustin who said my vehicle was already that way when I brought it in. I was upset my car was less than a year old still under warranty. The lady then went to get the manager Shawn who came out and said if the shop did it the door would of been worst they see it alot. I went back the next day the manager Shawn never spoke to me again and had the Quick lane supervisor Dustin call me. They did fix my vehicle but I dont think they would have had it not been I had a new car. I believe if you have a used vehicle you would be stuck paying for your repairs since the supervisor doesnt check the work being done in the shop.”
