“Writing this on behalf of my sister. They purchased a 2018 Jeep a few months ago, and have had to pay out of pocket for tie rods. The oil was never changed, and now the service four wheel drive light is on. The negative review stems from the tie rod issue. The dealer did not want to know about helping and told her she’d have to pay two thousand to fix it. As it turns out, the vehicle was never inspected. This was acknowledged yet nothing done. She has since paid another mechanic for tie rods at a substantial lesser cost. If you pride yourself on great service, then you should read this and immediately want to make things right. To add based on the response below: Thank you for your reply. I mentioned in the beginning of the review that it was not me who purchased it. I appreciate the feedback, however, Meeting halfway for something that should have been caught, while telling her there’s no report available should now be something the dealer should reach out to her to make it right, and not vice versa. This is an easy fix to make a great example of customer care. I’m happy to provide her contact information.”
