We recently purchased two Honda CR-Vs this past week, and the entire experience was outstanding thanks to Kevin. From start to finish, Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that we felt confident and comfortable with our decisions. What really stood out was how customer-first Kevin truly is. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered every question thoroughly, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. It was clear that his priority wasn’t just making a sale, but making sure we were happy and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Buying one car can be stressful, let alone two — but Kevin made it a smooth, easy, and even enjoyable experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❌ Terrible Windshield Replacement & Warranty Service – Airport Honda I am extremely disappointed with the windshield replacement and warranty service I received for my Honda CR-V at Airport Honda. Right after the vehicle was returned to me following the windshield replacement, I was shocked to see that the exterior moldings and rubber trims were not installed properly. There are visible adhesive gaps, and the trim pieces are clearly misaligned. Even worse, the lower section of the windshield has a large open gap, which raises serious concerns about water intrusion during rain. I am very worried this could affect the vehicle’s electrical components and cause the windshield adhesive to deteriorate over time, potentially creating long-term damage and safety risks. I paid nearly $2,800 for this windshield replacement at Airport Honda, expecting professional workmanship and factory-quality results. Instead, I received extremely poor quality work that does not match the price I paid. When I raised this issue, Service Manager Simon Deny told me that the gaps were “not a serious problem” and did not offer any proper repair solution or warranty coverage for the workmanship. This was unacceptable, especially after I explained that I experience noticeable wind noise when driving at highway speeds, clearly caused by the improper windshield installation. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If anyone is considering buying a car here or relying on Airport Honda for warranty service, maintenance, or accessory replacement, I strongly warn you to think twice. Based on my experience, the quality of service may leave you deeply disappointed.
