I had an amazing experience working with Sean! I live in Maryland and he’s in upstate New York, but he made the entire process unbelievably smooth from start to finish. He was honest, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. The car arrived exactly as described and the shipping process was seamless. It can be nerve-wracking buying a vehicle from out of state, but Sean made it easy and stress-free. I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy who truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend working with Sean!

I just bought my 2nd used car from Otto. My experience was totally frustrating. They gave me wrong information on the transference of my plates, told me they'd deal with my SIRIUS radio and didn't, applied for my financing under the wrong amount, were very non-communicative with our insurance company, the finance guy got dismissive when we declined extra warranty coverage - couldn't wait to get us out of his office, gave barely any quarter on price negotiation while displaying plans for a new multi-million dollar showroom, didn't clean the car efficiently, didn't even pull it around front the day we picked it up. I went beyond disappointment straight to frustration. I do not recommend Otto for used car purchases.

I’ve had the extremely unfortunate luck of having 2 pretty new cars totaled in the last 8 months. Having car shopped 3 times in the last 24 months, I have to say my experience at Otto was hands down the easiest. My insurance totaled my last vehicle on a Monday. Took me a day or two to look at my other options, and I realized I had to make a decision within 7 days due to the EV tax credit expiring. I messaged Otto on Wednesday morning and spoke with Sean Macwhinnie around noon on Wednesday. By 5 o’clock I had test drove the car and had a competitive offer in hand. Honestly, I didn’t trust them at that point because I had barely researched prices. Slept on the deal, researched it online, and said okay the next morning. On Thursday I put my salesperson, Dan, in touch with my insurance agent and filled out the credit application online. By Saturday morning I was in my new vehicle. The dealership was organized, helped me set up the tech in the new car, and was not pushy when it came to add ons etc. In the past for my other vehicles, would have to travel to NYC or Newburgh for competitive offers on the car I wanted. I was relieved to be able to stay closer to home and still have a pleasant experience. Thank you! Hopefully I have better luck in this car than the last two!

I have nothing but the absolute highest regards for Otto Cadillac! Bill McLean and his staff in the service department are INCREDIBLE - professional, friendly and fast! I purchased my Cadillac at another dealership which has been TERRIBLE, but Bill at Otto has taken the time to listen to me, quickly resolve the car’s issues, offered me a loaner without me even asking and made the whole process so easy! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! I can’t say enough good things about Bill! Keep up the wonderful customer service!!!
