“Came in on the Friday after New Years to get a car. Worked with Logan Peters. Logan was so awesome to work with, took us in immediately even when we didn’t have an appointment. She made the process so easy and totally pain free. So glad we got to work with her and would buy from her again for sure! (Also Emily from finance was lovely and made the financing steps very easy). This is our second car from Armory and I have nothing but good experiences with them so far.”

“I went for a tire rotation and oil change. Told them I would be looking to purchase a car soon. They were very helpful in letting me know their best car sales were going on today. Markquese Johnson was very helpful in getting me the right vehicle for a great price. He took the time to explain and show me different options. They took care of everything all I had to do was sign and drive home. Best experience ever!!! Thank you all at Armory for your help!”

“I’ve been using this dealership for service repairs over the last (4) years with very mixed results including weeks long wait times requiring the use of rentals as Armory has no loaners & more. Fast forward to last week: The check engine light came on, I brought my car in early AM & was told even urgent service issues are backed up till February! I figured at very least a diagnostic would tell me whether the car was driveable/my service tech Marlon agreed. At 10.30 am Marlon contacted me with the results of diagnostic indicated the thermostat needed replacement. As they had the part in stock he hoped to have the car repairs completed by end of day. And to my complete surprise…it was! I gave my review 4 Stars this time, cause honestly…I can see this dealership is trying to correct its business model with regard to their service department. Keep up the good work Armory!”

“After buying a vehicle here and coming for service for years, I have unfortunately decided to take my business elsewhere due to the service department. Took literally multiple days of calling and dealing with the awful AI bot before I could speak to a human. When I finally was done begging for an appointment and brought my vehicle in, they told me that the part of my vehicle (which was still under bumper to bumper warranty) that was a factory part was an “aftermarket” part and they wouldn’t fix or replace. The part is a Mopar factory option and was right on the list of options for my vehicle on the original window sticker. When I was explaining to the service tech that the part that was broken (due to a mopar defect/recall) was a factory part listed on the window sticker of my vehicle, he was beyond rude and sarcastic and told me I was lucky I wasn’t charged for the service appointment. Despite the vehicle being fully factory and under complete warranty…and them not fixing either issue at all. Also, my UConnect infotainment was also giving a “UConnect error - needs to be serviced” error every time I started my vehicle. They stated they couldn’t replicate the issue, despite the second I got back in my vehicle it popped right back up again. Spent all day there just for nothing to be fixed and to be treated very poorly. I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews but it was truly an awful experience. I have since taken my business to another Jeep dealership in the area and have had nothing but good experiences.”

“I came in looking for a vehicle after my vehicle was totaled from a drunk driver that hit it. This was a complete unexpected purchase financially I was already building my credit so I was not ready to get a new vehicle, but I still was able to make something happen at this dealership. My little one was with me and he’s very active and needy for attention and Logan was able to help guide me with the best vehicle in my price point while assisting my little one. She was very attentive and helpful with the process as a multitasking mom juggling paperwork and calling the insurance company while doing this whole process was a lot and she made it very easy and helpful. I had to return my rental vehicle and they were able to assist with driving me to drop off the rental so I didn’t have to walk or Uber or Lyft in the cold with my little one back to the dealership to pick up the car. Every obstacle was overcame very solution based I spoke to my financial Institute and compared numbers when I got here with them and they were able to go ahead and assist me. I was able to get a 2022 Nissan rogue absolutely love for zero dollars down. They were very clear and provided good communication and next steps with ensuring the vehicle could get on the road. Not only did they get me back on the road for me and my family to have easy commute to work in school, but they also treated us with amazing hospitality, ensuring that we had beverages ensuring that my son was comfortable providing me with a bathroom where I could change him the playroom and giving him free merchandise. All in all a great experience and 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Thank you so much guys🫶🏽”
