“I've recently been in the market for a new vehicle. I was in a Jeep Wrangler previously and thought to try Armory Jeep to check out other options. The sales person Jerome was very helpful, and let me try a used Wrangler. This occurred on 1/15/25. As part of the transaction, I paid a $500 [fully refundable according to them] fee to hold the vehicle while the dealership assessed it for damage. Jerome called me back on 1/19/25 to let me know that particular vehicle could not be sold. He stated that the refund of the aforementioned $500 would be initiated that day. I met with him in person that same day to test out some other vehicles, but ultimately left to consider my options. Since then, I have not received the $500 deposit on that original vehicle hold despite Jerome confirming that it would be initiated 11 days ago as of today. All efforts to contact management are met with Voice-mails that aren't followed up on. I admittedly missed one callback, but still have yet to actually get in touch with any management at this dealership. For example I left a message today at around noon, with zero follow up. If there is some fine print reason that they're withholding the $500, despite their own sales staff stating I would have it returned, the least they could do it explain themselves in a timely manner.”

I had to return my rental vehicle and they were able to assist with driving me to drop off the rental so I didn’t have to walk or Uber or Lyft in the cold with my little one back to the dealership to pick up the car. Every obstacle was overcame very solution based I spoke to my financial Institute and compared numbers when I got here with them and they were able to go ahead and assist me. I was able to get a 2022 Nissan rogue absolutely love for zero dollars down. They were very clear and provided good communication and next steps with ensuring the vehicle could get on the road. Not only did they get me back on the road for me and my family to have easy commute to work in school, but they also treated us with amazing hospitality, ensuring that we had beverages ensuring that my son was comfortable providing me with a bathroom where I could change him the playroom and giving him free merchandise.
