First let me start by saying that I appreciate Albany Mitsubishi for working with me on my financing because I know it was tricky because I'm self employed and the salesman was great also. But that's were the compliments stop. I purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica in May and it has been a problem every since I purchased it. First at the test drive the green check engine light comes on. I was told it was a faulty fog light. They gave me a loaner to go home and a few days later they called me and informed me the issue was fixed and to come pick up the van. Once I left the dealership I got two miles down the road and the steering wheel got stiff and green check engine comes on again along with a red light stating to check the power steering. I returned to the dealership and they gave me a loaner once again to go home. They called me again a few days later and informed me that this issue was fixed and to come pick up the vehicle. I left the dealership went to the mall and as I was leaving the mall the same thing happened again the steering wheel got stiff and all most caused me to have an accident and the power steering light came on again. I went back to the dealership once again and told the what happened. Once again they gave me a loaner to go home. This time a week goes by I don't hear from anyone. I tried to call several times and could not get anyone on the phone. The only way I was able to get a hold to someone was to call the salesman's cell phone and asked him if he could have a manager call me. When the manager called me back she stated that they had to replace the rack and pinon and it would be a couple more days before it would be ready for pickup. A few days later I was called to come pickup the van once again. When I picked up the car I noticed it was running kind of loud and rough and over the past month that I have actually had the car in my possession it has gotten louder. It almost sounds like I'm driving a helicopter and the transmission is starting to slip as well. Then yesterday a friend of mine who is an auto body mechanic noticed that some of the trim on the driver side door coming off and as he took a closer look he noticed that the driver side door and front fender are a different color white than the rest of the van and as we took a closure look the driver door does not line up with the sliding door. The inside of the door has chipping paint were the new paint did not stick. In the pictures attached you can see the difference in the driver side door and the passenger side door and if you look closely you can see the driver side door and fender color is different from the back half of the van. These all are tell tell signs that the vehicle has been in an accident. Also the mechanic informed me that the loud sound is possibly an exhaust leak. He also drove the van and confirmed that the transmission is starting to slip. Now I know when you buy a used vehicle it is as is but a dealership should disclose that a vehicle has been in an accident. It was not disclosed that this van was wrecked and this could be the very reason why it is having all theses problems. Not to mention it could have safety issues because of an accident. I pulled the car fax before I purchased the van and it didn't mention an accident but the car dealership should have inspected this vehicle more closely and being a car dealer they should have picked up on the obvious signs of this van being in a wreck or maybe they knew I don't know. But it's bad business to sale someone an unsafe vehicle without their knowledge not to mention I just made my first payment and have a car with close to $10000 worth of work that needs to put into it. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!
