“Yukon
I want to preface this by saying that this is my first negative review online for a business. We took our brand new 2025 Yukon here for its first service. About a month later I noticed an upward bulge in the hood -it obviously had to be from something left on top of the motor and then shutting the hood creating a dent from the inside. The hood has not been opened since we purchased it new. Toth GMC did our first service and were the only ones to open the hood since we purchased the vehicle brand new. We called the dealership to ask if they had video and could review to see if someone accidently had shut something in the hood. I talked with the manager Samantha and she informed me that they did not follow protocol by taking pictures of the vehicle before servicing it. I asked multiple times if they could review videos and Samantha never would answer that question, instead always changing the subject. She asked me to send pictures and told me she would check with her body shop and what the manager of the body shop said. After about two weeks she called me back and told me that they do not use tools while servicing vehicles therefore there was no way they could have done this. I would love to know how you can change the oil without tools, not to mention that they could have left an old filter, phone, cup, flashlight, etc. and shut the hood causing this dent. I again asked Samantha if they could check the videos and she changed the subject telling me I have no proof that they did this. I can not speak for their sales department, but I would not risk taking your vehicle for service here, given the way that they treated us with this matter, and not following their own protocols. I would love to speak with someone higher up than Samantha to try and find a solution and the truth about this incident.”

“I want to begin by saying we were advised by GMC customer service to take our 2020 GMC Terrain to a certified GMC dealer because we had a service light on our dash.
Our vehicle had been there before for the same issue but we were turned away as the light went off and was not present when we went to the appointment.
Fast forward, the same light came back on so per GMC we took the vehicle back to Toth in an effort to check for a possible transmission issue and see if this vin could be included in a recall, as some GMC Terrains of same make/model had been recalled due to the transmission. The warranty had since expired so GMC said they MAY give goodwill towards repair or cover repairs based on Toths findings. *ONLY if taken to certified GMC dealer (Toth was the nearest to us).
The vehicle sat there for a week because the two staff members that were certified were out all week for various reasons. I called daily to get updates. Finally after a week I was told by the service advisor “Randy”, that my vehicle needed to have the transmission removed in order to diagnose the issue.
I was advised by Randy that my transmission would be removed, opened, diagnosed, repaired and put back in for aprox $2k. He also mentioned there was a badly corroded wire harness and that would be another $800. Therefore with the verbal info I was given by Randy, that my vehicle would be FIXED for aprox $3k I advised him to proceed.
The following morning I had a discussion with a qualified mechanic of 20yrs whom is a trusted friend of the family and he said it didn’t seem correct that NO troubleshooting was done while it sat for a week in their possession, as it could be the corroded wire harness causing the problem or possibly a sensor. I requested he call Randy and he did so. Randy then proceeded to tell the mechanic that my vehicle would actually be upwards of $10-11k to fix!
With this news which was VASTLY different than what Randy told me, I called Randy and told him to stop working on my vehicle. Long story short Toth tried to bill me over $2,000 for absolutely nothing after they had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks and I was never offered a written quote or estimate or breakdown of cost whatsoever at any point - no loaner was offered during this delay and I was without transportation as well. I had to escalate to Samantha the service manager without luck, I also emailed the owner Nick with no reply from either . I was finally able to get the owner in person at the dealership (Nick) to lower my charge to $1,068 BUT my vehicle had no diagnostics and no repairs at all. I feel this is predatory behavior at its finest and absolutely unfair and unjust. Due to this experience I will never purchase GMC again and I will not use any service from this dealership nor recommend GMC to friends or family. Steer clear from GMC products as their customer service is the worst, they forced us into service here and left us footing the bill.
I would also suggest to stay away from this dealership for any repair needs unless you have everything in writing UP front so you can get a second opinion. Otherwise you’ll be sadly disappointed and robbed. Very upsetting to say the least, oh and now we have an additional light on the dash as well..imagine that! Got it back worse than when we left it there. I also filed a complaint with BBB and Attorney General.”

“I HIGHLY recommend Jim. He’s your go to guy 😎 I had a signed deal with another dealership but they made a mistake on paperwork so we rescheduled, then here comes Jim! Not only did he offer me a better deal with a way better version of the vehicle I wanted, we did communicate and did all the paperwork via text. When I got there I signed a few additional papers and was out of there in a less than two hours. HELLL YEAAHH!”

“Five stars to Mike in sales. Felt like he actually had my back. Will never recommend dealership to anyone.FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE. This review echos other reviews. Owners should look into the dishonest practices and bullying tactics used by select employees. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND READ THE OTHER HONEST REVIEWS. Was assured vehicle was clean with minor paint chips. NOT THE CASE. Drove 6 hours and arrive at 445 pm. Dealership closes at 6. Supposed to be simple buying process because everything was done over the phone. Well I arrived to find hail damage, cracked gauges cover, dents on quarter panel, and plastic headlight surrounds with peeling paint. Interior carelessly detailed with gunk in cup holders, pet hair, and gunk in center console crevices. Side note prize not disclosed before sale was I found broken driver door arm rest after I made the purchase. The dealership was in total shock that there was all these VERY VISIBLE damages. Was assured vehicle was basically as pristine as used vehicle can be. HMMM. You tell me this that No employees SAW HAIL DAMAGE through the process on getting vehicle ready for resale. Was told many times a dent specialist services vehicles every week. Let’s start with Bill the manager. Imagine you’re sitting in a chair and having, Bill, standing over you and talking down to you. LOL I’m thinking wow look at this guy. No introduction and pushy to say the least. Sensing everyone was ready to leave on a Friday night close to closing time. After 2 minutes I politely interrupt Bill, stand up walk around the desk and introduce myself and say by the way my name is…. reach out my hand to handshake and ask for a name LOL. Was told sorry you drove so far but I either take an additional $500 off total price to get the hail damage fixed on my own or sorry but drive home 6 hours. Was told the dealership cost, not buyer cost to fix on own, was $500 to fix hail damage. BILL SAID THAT IF DEALERSHIP WOULD HAVE SEEN THE HAIL DAMAGE THEY WOULD HAVE REPAIRED HAIL DENTS. So I’m sitting there thinking THERE IS NO WAY THAT DEALERSHIP WOULD HAVE DISCLOSED THIS INFO TO THE PUBLIC BECAUSE IT WAS NOT REPORTED ON A CARFAX. Again because hail damage wasn’t reported to an insurance which I understand wouldn’t be on a CARFAX . That shows the DISHONESTY and bullying of BILL AND THE DEALERSHIP. On with the story, I politely interrupt pushy Bill and said hey Bill do you mind if I talk for a moment. LOL. The look in his eyes was like wow someone standing up to him, how dare anyone else talk. So I say my cost to fix the hail damage is easily $1500-$2000. So back and forth we go. Then amazing the $500 turned into $700. That’s a big jump. Maybe maybe not. Was told total money the dealership bought vehicle for and total they have into the truck. But Bill says the vehicle is GM certified. Yea but that doesn’t cover cosmetic issues. Like I’m supposed to feel bad the dealership spent all this money of vehicle. LOL Nice try Bill. And nice tactic to try to get customer to agree to the demands. My response was I asked dealership to fix the hail damage, give me a loaner to drive home, and then meet me halfway with truck on flat bed when truck is fixed and I’ll sign the papers. Was told no because loaners can’t be driven out of Ohio. Hmm. Maybe maybe not. Again was told $700 off final price. But another pushy tactic by Bill knowing I drove 6 hours and didn’t want to go home without the vehicle. Bill leaves and goes into an office with 3-4 other men. I go to walk outside to think and check over the vehicle and get glaring looks from all the men. Almost left and went home. To end this exhausting and terrible experience the truck had less than a quarter tank of fuel. This place is that cheap that I actually had to ask for the truck fuel tank to be filled up. I TOOK THE $700 to fix the hail damage and bought the truck. But will end up spending $1500 minimum to fix hail damage and quarter panel dents as I was quoted this weekend. And need to buy new armrest. Maybe the owner could call and offer a sincere apology and send me an armrest.”

“Ordered my 2026 Sierra 2500 with Keith.
He explained the process, line items and time frame clearly. He took the time and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed. He communicated well on the status of my order. I also knew what I wanted on the truck before going to place the order. The build and buy feature on the GMC website was good for figuring out 99%. Keith is the salesman to see if you're in the market for a truck and I'm sure any GMC or Buick.
I think he was just as excited as I was when I took delivery.
I have no problem referring Toth to anyone.”
