“I bought an equinox from atwater in late november. Havent been able to drive it since nov 26th because the battery is shot and my transmission is slipping. Reason i got it is bc i own a mustang and its not ideal in the winter. I have called atwater multiple times and no call back or nothing. Today, they finally get back and say theres nothing they can do becaue its been over 1 month. Thats just funny to me becaue ive been trying to get ahold of them for the last month. So im not stuck with a lemon that i cant even drive and have to pay for still. Think twice before you go through here.”

“Put a lien on my car that I fully paid for day of purchase. Incorrect city as well. Plates sent to wrong address. Title sent to wrong address. Car salesman solid great guy straight forward honest. Front desk lady professional and very knowledgeable. Just be careful when it comes to signing paperwork make sure you read everything even if the guy is coming off annoyed and frustrated. Or you will be jumping through hoops.”

“I had a service Appt. At Atwater Chev/GMC last Tuesday at 10:30am, I had the truck towed in on Monday ahead of time, and they gave me a loaner to drive home. They were able to work on it on Monday and I drove back Monday afternoon and picked it up all finished.
