He was very professional and he explained the whole process from the moment I walked in, to signing and driving out the lot. No gimmicks or tricks just the hard facts. I’m very happy with my new truck. I recommend Sarat Ford dealership to anyone who is in the business of purchasing a truck!”

“If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went to Sarat Ford after instructing Dan Brooks not to run my credit until i got there in store. What did they do? They ran it anyway, after telling them not to. That’s not only unprofessional — it’s a blatant violation of trust and potentially illegal.
To make matters worse, Dan and his team pulled a classic bait-and-switch tactic. They lured me in with promises of a certain vehicle and deal, only to suddenly “discover” that the car wasn’t available. Then came the pressure, the condescending tone, and the dismissive attitude — as if I was the problem for expecting basic honesty and respect.
Every part of this experience screamed scammy dealership behavior — false promises, unauthorized credit checks, and pushy sales tactics designed to trap you into a deal you never agreed to. Dan Brooks was particularly rude and arrogant throughout, showing zero accountability for his actions.
Save yourself the frustration and the credit hit — avoid Sarat Ford and Dan Brooks at all costs. There are plenty of honest dealers out there who actually respect their customers and their word.

Sarat ford literally checked my credit again 5 days later with no permissions and explicit directive never to run my credit, this has to be illegal?”

“I give a 4 star because the people are very professional polite and friendly. As far as the services , I’ve been scheduled for routine maintenance out of the owners manual twice now and never received either service . Basically it comes down to if the tires never leave the vehicle for the 80k service none of the brakes , suspension , u-joints and additional safety checks have been done. These efficient checks have always been the entire reason I go to my Lincoln preferred dealer . When you use a preferred dealer and the last 2 service checks are left incomplete I hesitate to travel the 89 miles one way for the “ blow off “ with a smile . I’ve spent plenty of money and hundreds of miles to have my knowledge of vehicles maintenance inspections completely undermined. In summary it’s just been a politely wasted trip each time lately”

It has been a privilege to be serviced by your team.
1st by the flexibility & accommodation of the entire team.
Jacob willing & quick to get me in for service,Jordan reassuring me there’s No problem when I called 1st to change time & 2nd as I was stressed that I might be up to 1/2 hr late d/t traffic detours & construction,relieving my stress by reassuring me it’s no problem.
I’m ALWAYS warmly greeted by
John Day with a Big smile & Welcome,no matter how busy he is.
Jordan knew I was upset about some challenges nature provided, causing damage to my car,again reassuring me he would see to it the professionals would look @ it & offer advice & solutions. Jacob,Jordan & the entire team worked hard & swiftly to hand me back a Beautiful, shinny brand new looking vehicle in plenty of time to make it to a very important interview. I recall saying “Oh,LOOK how Pretty she is!”
While waiting,I was offered some lovely goodies;(sadly I forgot to go back to try the amazing looking GF options)
& as always I comfortably enjoyed the professional,reassuring & entertaining interaction of every staff member I encountered.
Due to the expertise of the team,
I was able to have a peaceful ride & arrive early to my interview,feeling on Top of my game instead of stressed.
*Please extend my immense gratitude to each person involved, especially those behind the scenes I did not know or get to meet.

“If I could give zero stars, I would.
I leased a Corsair in January, and from day one, it had an indoor lighting issue that the dealership was already aware of—but failed to address before handing me the vehicle. When I called to report it, they acknowledged it was a known manufacturer defect and asked me to bring the car in. That issue was eventually fixed.
However, on the drive home, I noticed a vibration noise coming from the steering wheel area. Turns out, it was a loose clip on the steering wheel cover. I called again and was told it was a quick fix. At that visit, I was informed the clip was actually broken and needed to be ordered.
Weeks passed before I was contacted to come in for the repair. I showed up for my appointment, waited over an hour and a half, only to be given a rental and sent home because the repair was taking longer than expected. Later that day, I was told the part had been broken during the repair and needed to be reordered.
Days turned into a week with no updates. Eventually, I was called to pick up my car. After another long wait at the dealership, they brought the vehicle out—but as I was getting in, someone noticed a section of the dashboard was missing. They went back to look for it, came up empty-handed, and told me the part would need to be reordered again.
The next morning, I got into my car and noticed a tear in the passenger seat along with a stain. It looked like a heavy object with a sharp edge had been placed there during the previous repair, causing damage.
I’ve tried multiple times to communicate with the dealership, but I’ve received no meaningful response. This entire experience has been frustrating, careless, and far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.”
