“Kenny Ross Ford-Adamsburg No. Just no. This place used to be great but the last few times, absolutely horrible. The last visit, and I mean the last visit because I will NOT be back, I called to set up service but you can't speak to someone directly because it's all AI, so then I show up and it's a surprise to the counter person, who, I would lay my entire paycheck, is high. They're clueless to the service need so I explain it to them, in detail, and it takes a hot minute to register what I'm saying. I leave it there. When it's done they call me to tell me my vehicle is ready for pick up, he quoted me one price as the total and when I go to pay for it, it's $90 more. The total grew in the 10 minutes it took me to get there. So, I pay, in cash, but they don't have $6 change to give me. Best part, next day I get a call, "hey, how did you pay for your service yesterday? No one logged it." I mean, what the actual hell? Do better, Kenny Ross.”
