An accomplished leader throughout her 15-year career at Capital One, Celia has held executive roles in Capital One’s Small Business Bank and Consumer Bank lines of business. Celia has also been actively engaged in Capital One’s Women’s Business Resource Group, Black Resource Group, and served as Capital One’s 'Investing for Good' Market President of the Washington, D.C./Southern Maryland region.

Senior Distinguished Engineer
Tanusree (Tanu) McCabe is a technologist passionate about cloud computing and DevOps. As an architect for Capital One, she provides strategic direction on various initiatives.

Chris Nims

Senior Vice President of Technology
Chris Nims is Senior Vice President, Technology for Capital One, responsible for Capital One’s cloud and network engineering teams, access and identity management, and the developer delivery experience. Chris has more than 20 years’ experience with Internet technology, media, and startup companies and currently serves as an Advisory Council Member with The Center for Democracy and Technology.

Lavonda Perkins

Learning Program Manager
Lavonda joined Capital One in November 2018 as the Learning Program Manager for the Cloud and Cyber disciplines of Tech College. In this role, she manages the learning strategies of both Cloud and Cyber for the enterprise. She has a deep passion around helping others achieve their professional goals within Tech through training and development.

Lavanya Raja

Vice President, Head of Technology for Auto Finance Servicing
Lavanya Raja heads technology for the Servicing line of business in Capital One's Financial Services Technology and Data organization. She has been with Capital One for over 6 years and is a seasoned technologist passionate about leveraging disruptive technologies to build better products for the business and customers. Lavanya leads the Women in Tech Plano Chapter and is intentional about paying it forward and developing women engineering talent. Lavanya loves brain teasers, crossword puzzles and is currently trying her hand at writing a fiction novel.

Product Manager
Eli Stull is a Product Manager at Capital One, currently managing products in the Cloud and Network Engineering space. Eli has been at Capital One for 8 years with previous roles focused on product in the Web Experience Delivery, Content Management Self-Service, and Customer Experience Management areas.
