Really great car!

05/31/2019

This car — a Mazda 2 that won car of the year in 2015 in Japan — is great fun to drive, it handles well and reminds some auto writers of a Miata. I tweaked mine with a sunroof, a K&N filter, and lower wider tires. I chose the 6 spd automatic and use it a lot as a manual. The gas mileage is great usually over 40 mpg on the highway. It’s the sedan version of the Mazda CX-3 as it’s on the same platform. Consumer Reports has named it best sub compact. I have had zero problems with it thus far. Drive one!

The car AC goes out after 4yrs since purchased date, the repair cost at around $3000. Maintenance is minimal, the brake don't last as long.

The car Shows trad in at 16000. To buy one cost show 16000 to over18000. Yet when I go to a dealer, they only want to pay 8000? What is going on? All the ones for sale have much higher mileage than mine?
