My Acura had a recall, so I took it in last week. The guy who works the service desk is less than friendly. He seemed annoyed at the start that I came in without an appt after the man I talked to on the phone told me just to come in when I could. I was told that to determine the recall the brakes pads and rotors needed changed. My ex did that and we found out it needed 3 new calipers that were just replaced 2 years earlier. When I called to make an appt, the same service desk guy seemed to try and deter me from getting it checked out, I made my appointment anyway. When I showed up on Monday the same service guy was there and I explained the calipers and how it might be associated to the recall. He looked at me like I was crazy and talked down to me. I asked if while they were looking at the recall issue if they could just LOOK at the cv axle and he said that would be 185 dollars, to which I said no thanks. I felt very unwelcome and I don't feel that their determination on the recall was even accurate. I highly unrecommend the service department and go to cranberry instead.

Well after this dealership screwed my oldest son years ago we said we would never be back. Then they kept cold calling us . They ended up with a car we were interested in. We spent time on the phone trying to feel out how much they would deal on this used car. Nada book was $22000.00 they want 28 grand for it. They talked us into spending almost 3hrs of our time just to find out they not only would come down to fair market value on the car they have for sale but they wanted me to give them my acura on trade in for 5 grand less than fair market trade in value. These has got to be one of the worst acura dealerships ever. My son ended up going to crown in Cleveland and got a great deal. I just put a phone call into them to come see cars they have. Why does this dealership think they need to rip everyone off? There is a difference between making money and all out ripping people off.
