“Avoid Sansone Mazda at All Costs I bought a brand-new 2025 Mazda CX-50 from Sansone Mazda less than three months ago — and I already regret it. While the price I negotiated was solid, the overall experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. My salesperson had zero knowledge about the vehicle and constantly had to leave to ask others the most basic questions. It felt like I knew more about the car than he did. The disorganization was relentless. Instead of simply mailing my registration like any competent dealership would, they kept insisting I come back in person — repeatedly wasting my time. It took escalating to the manager just to get the second key I was promised. And even then, the key didn’t work properly — for weeks. Now, less than 90 days into ownership, the car completely failed to start due to multiple system errors. This is a brand-new vehicle. That should never happen. This dealership is unprofessional, careless, and completely unreliable. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Sansone Mazda is not to be trusted.”

“Saw this beautiful 2017 MazdaCX5 Grand Select on Carfax but I was tired of dealing with car dealerships as I had almost gotten scammed in the past - Well, turns out Sansone Mazda is pretty awesome, specially Ivan from the sales team he was very transparent, knowledgeable and friendly, the deal was pretty straightforward and he even gave me the car detailed (like actually detailed I fought it was just a wash) and with a courtesy for the first oil change. “I had the luxury of working with Jeury Rodriguez as my salesman and Richie as my finance manager. WHAT A TEAM! If you are looking for a no BS, no pressure dealership with a team that has an abundance of patience, then you need to Run NOT walk over to Sansone Mazda immediately. After doing thorough research of affordable and reliable mid-size SUV's, along with looking for an SUV that has that sport look, I fell in love with the CX-50. I walked in to Sansone Mazda and Jeury welcomed us. My dad and I explained that I was trying to work a deal to get out of my overly expensive car payment (the expensive car payment was on a vehicle outside from any of the dealerships at Sansone) and into something that is safe, reliable, and most importantly comfortable to drive. I told Jeury that I was looking at the CX-50 but given my circumstances, I was open to looking at certified pre-owned cars they have on the lot. Juery assured us he was going to try and help us out the best he could and did he ever!! This is where Richie, the finance manager, comes in. Not only did I get into a brand new CX-50, but when I sat down with Richie I NEVER ONCE heard or was asked, "do you want Gap insurance?", "do you want tire protection?", "Do you want a maintenance package?"... all I heard from Richie was, "I added the tire protection for you, I added Gap insurance for you, and I gave you 2 years or 20,000 miles maintenance" without the price of the initial negotiation/agreed upon price of my lease going up once!!! They are a SPECTACULAR duo and I CANNOT recommend them enough!!!”
