“An Undervalued Customer
When I was talking to a sells rep. (sales rep. 1) yesterday, he asked me about my car and having a co-signer. I interpreted that as him inquiring about whether I used a co-signer for the vehicle that I currently owned and hence, I responded by saying that I did not and that he might have mistaken this for another vehicle. I added that it might have been related to my wife’s car because I was a co-signer for her. He said he would call back but he ghosted me.
The next morning, I emailed the sales rep. to follow-up on the conversation. However, a different sales rep. calls me instead and asked a similar question, so I provided clarification that I have not used a co-signer in the past. I then provided an overview of my vehicle purchases, noting that I have never used a co-signer for any of them. This second sales rep. sounded annoyed and said something about my salary changing, adding that others are interested in the vehicle and inquired about whether I still want it. That’s when I realized that what the second sales rep. (and perhaps the first one as well)was actually trying to ask was if I have a co-signer who could co-sign for this loan. I also think that they might have also assumed that I was trying to push back on this idea of providing a co-signer – which I certainly was not. That’s when I responded by saying “yes,” and inquired how we can proceed.
However, after having some time to think more about it, I am felt frustrated by this exchange, particularly the fact that neither of these salesmen stopped to clarify what they were actually asking for, and instead, took the route of making a customer feel undervalued. They could have simply said, "Sorry for the confusion, this process will require you to have a cosigner, is that something that you have?"
As an owner of several Subaru vehicles over the past decade, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this dealership. All the other Subaru dealerships that I have been to have been clear in their communication and treated me with respect.”

“Darren freeman is a life saver I needed a car as quick a possible and he did it. I went to 3 different dealer shipper and no one would help me because of me credit. He got me in a beautiful 2019 Subaru crosstrek that day I couldn’t be happier. I recommend fuccillo imports to everybody. Ask for Darren he’ll get you what you need.”

“The series of events dealing with this dealership were not the greatest , I came to this dealership because my mom worked for this dealership a little over 20 years ago. she was pregnant with me so i felt like it could be a funny way of dealing with pseudo family i guess.
Dec 30 - I walked into the dealership an hour early from my appointment because I wanted to look at the used forester wilderness instead of the new crosstrek I originally discussed the day prior. I sat down with Enrique after I sat down in the car. I couldn't contain my excitement. I loved the car. I took the other exact same model with just a couple extra features on a test drive as the battery on the other one I wanted sat on the charger to charge. Didn't think anything of it at the time, did all the paper work no issues and loved working with Enrique honestly hope he gets a raise TBH.
Driving the car off the lot heading down Washington street got into an accident the same day with the car my fault but didn't realize till after the accident that the tires had little tread left especially for the winter i chalked it up as my fault for not negotiating better and went on with the day.
Went down to my old dealership from the old car to cancel the warranty on the bronco to find out that the miles got mixed up between the 2 cars the bronco had 70k+ miles and Subaru wrote 60k which was the miles on the subaru not the bronco simple mistake so i just went the next day and got an official odometer statement to get that straiten out. Btw on the website you have the wrong miles on my bronco for sale listing
Jan 16 - i was left stranded because the battery died i was somehow able to start it after waiting an hour and half and booked it to O'Reilly's to get a new battery cause service was booked out for two weeks btw had to go through my sales guy because service department couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone i still a message with service hoping they would call back they didn't instead was booked days later for an appointment which i cancelled because i fix the problem myself. For detailed reasons i got the appointment message on Jan 21 for an appointment on the 27 again cancelled because i didn't have any problems
Sometime in February before the 5 - I was finally able to get some time to go to the dealership for the battery issue and filled out the paperwork with the help of my sales guy again. feels like the only guy who works there is Enrique at this point. Got a phone call on the 5th sayin i can pick up my check that I put on hold because in my area they’ve been screwing up mail. I waited until I got free time which wasn't until sun day which was the only day this week i was working a morning shift so i was able to go up after work.
Feb 8- drove to the dealership after work to pick up the check walked in didn't see anyone i recognized so i walked around to the cashiers desk no one was there so i looped back around say the only guy not dealing with a customer to confirm that things were basically closed before i get to the desk he goes “ so i guess your here for the tour” i said “not really” then he says “well you already did it” i feel the slightly hostile tone of basically what are you doing here i go “I'm here to pick up a check” he goes ok, and “who are you” still in off/rude tone gave him my name and he's like no one is here its Sunday its by appointment only so I'm not ok thank you and start walking out the door he's still talking to me saying it's probably in the safe and he doesn't have the keys . listen i get it but all he had to say was hey things are by appointment only can you come back another time. Instead I got someone who I felt was pissed to be at work on superbowl sunday.
I was very frustrated with the interaction i had on Feb 8
Feb 10 - went to pick up the check no issues
to sum things up my sales guy 10/10 he went above and be on for me however I'm very disappointed in rest of the place”

“Where to even begin, when I went to trade in my financing car because of mostly medical reasons, everyone else didn’t really help. Something told me to go to Subaru and this salesman, Darren Freeman, helped me out the best way possible. He was the type of guy that I could relate to mostly, long story short, I was able to get a Subaru Forester at a decent price. I couldn’t thank him enough for his help and service.”

“My husband and I had such a great experience here working with salesman David Hill! He was super patient, never pushy, and really took the time to answer all of our questions. It was such a nice change to work with someone who made the process stress-free and easy. He was professional but also down-to-earth, and we never felt rushed or pressured. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Our entire experience at Fuccillo Subaru has been very positive!”
