“I purchased my 2006 Escalade Signature Series new in early 2007. I fell in love with this truck when it was proudly displayed in their dealership showroom. All my preventative maintenance and service needs have been provided by Crown Cadillac's service department. From my first oil change, I met Crown Cadillac's Service Manager Mauro DiGiuseppe. I recently had a brake line failure that could have resulted in a disaster. Long story short, I had my truck flat bedded to Crown. That same week, we had severe flooding, and a rental car was impossible to find without going out of state. When I met Mauro in his office, he read my body language and knew I was clearly in trouble. Mauro looked at me in the eye and stated that "Don't worry, we'll take care of you as always". John in service immediately provided a courtesy vehicle and I was back on the road while Crown repaired multiple items that I had let go. Mauro and team continue to provide quality service at fair pricing. Mauro's honesty and integrity is the key reason that I will never deviate from Crown Cadillac's service department.
