“We took our new Ford pickup into the Wareham Ford dealership for a couple of updates on the software that had a recall notification after we purchased the truck in May of this year and their service was impeccable.
Apparently I had dropped my glove the evening before on the way out of their building after dropping off the key fob at the service desk, and upon returning the next morning to pick up the truck much earlier that anticipated I found my glove resting on a bush just outside the service door.
Someone was kind enough to pick it up and place it there where I could find it later.
I found the service crew a delightfully friendly and knowledgeable and recommend them highly should anyone else need support for your Ford product.
Thanks again gentlemen for your expedient service and friendly demeanor.”

“They did not do a diagnostic on my car. I know this because they wrote that I needed a new power steering rack when I did not. Also told me there was a “noise” in the back but did not describe further. When he called he said my car is not worth fixing but it drives fine now. With all of this they still tried to charge me 170 dollars for absolutely no work done and no diagnosis. Thanks ford will not be coming back for any problem.”

“I brought my car in for the Works package. They took my car in on time, and an hour later they suggested new rear brakes, which added another hour. Overall I had a good experience. However, understand their bill was extremely confusing. I have no complaints about the price, just about how the total was arrived at. Stephanie was very helpful keeping me informed.”

“Wareham Ford was amazing to deal with. Robert the service manger for the body shop was friendly and professional to work with. He dealt with the insurance company and even called the rental company to pick up the vehicle when I picked up my completed truck.
There was a couple weeks wait to vet the truck into the shop, but well worth it. The guys in the shop did a prompt and professional job.
