“Yesterday, just completed my purchase of a 2025 CX-50 Hybrid Premium and can't be more pleased! I had an awesome sales experience at Hall Mazda. I reached out to the sale department of the dealership about two weeks ago while I was still physically in Japan. Told them what I was looking for and my specific and strict timeline and asked if they could accommodate. My sales agent, Dermetris, was super professional from the start, even offering to pick me up from my hotel to go to the dealership, as well as, drive me to the Navy Federal when it came time to get that check. When I finally arrived in Norfolk, and got situated at my hotel, Dermetris arrived in a red CX-50 Hybrid, the exact one I was looking at online. We knocked out a test drive right then and I was super impressed with the car! Once we got back to Hall Mazda though, I noticed this CLEAN looking dark blue color and asked if they had my car in that color, with the same amenities. And Dermetris double checked and sure enough they did! And that was it! Finalized the paperwork and drove away with my new whip!
