Found this 2020 GMC sierra 2500 AT4 vehicle online for a decent price called up talk to Andrew who sent me videos took info on my trade. Drove 2 1/2 hours to Connecticut with a check in my pocket, was told vehicle went Through the shop twice and everything is good to go. Everything holds pressure functioning properly walking around the vehicle I found the grill was broke. The radiator shutter was broke which pushed back and damaged. The AC condenser brought this to Andrew’s attention and he stated I had no idea about that. dealership didn’t want to take any money off. I was informed I have five days to decide if I want to keep it or not so at that point, I said OK I will take it only to look at the paperwork and find out it’s five days or 250 miles.. just me driving there was about 130 miles. Then the out-of-state registration process took forever to receive registration.. And cost me about $1100 to fix this AC condenser, radiator, shutter, grill.. I UNDERSTAND BUYING A USED VEHICLE. THERE ARE SOME IMPERFECTIONS, BUT WHEN I’M TOLD THE VEHICLE HAS WENT TO THE SHOP AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO GO. ONLY IF YOU FIND OUT, IT IS NOT IT’S VERY DISAPPOINTING AND NOT WANTING TO TAKE ANYTHING OFF THE PRICE WITH A SOUR TASTE IN MY MOUTH OR ANYBODY MOUTH, communication with salesman is absolutely horrible after you buy a vehicle. Working with salesman Alex Weekes was absolutely fantastic. He was patient and worked with us without being pushy or making us uncomfortable. He was so helpful and was able to work at our pace; I am an engineer who asks a lot of questions and does a lot of research before coming to the dealership, salesmen usually hate me! We got exactly the car we wanted and we're so pleased with the outcome. We'd definitely come back any day!

Defect in factory paint took several weeks to resolve. Dealership refuses to correct buff marks throughout exterior after being pointed out several times and provided with pictures. I continue to receive erroneous emails related to services but I have only been to one oil change. I have had the vehicle 4 months. They should have advised me that an oil change was too soon. Instead they completed the 1 free oil change and then reported to carfax that my vehicle had 100k miles more than it actually does. Worst purchase in my life. I hate the vehicle and dread ever needing to go to vernon Chevrolet again.

I worked with Stephanie to buy my 2025 Equinox EV and she was terrific. No hardshell pushing, she was warm and helpful. Answered all my questions and more. Made me feel like I was her only customer and she had all day for me. Picking up the car was greatly enhanced by her help orienting me to all my car's features. Stephanie is a gem who loves her job.
