“Alex Weekes was incredibly easy to talk to—outgoing, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the truck I came in to look at. He was never pushy and took the time to walk me through all of the deals and options that fit my budget and my wants and needs. He answered the many questions I had without hesitation and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward.
Alex was excellent at communicating throughout the entire buying process and clearly laid out exactly what he needed from me, which made everything smooth, convenient, and efficient. The customer service was outstanding, and my new truck was delivered on time and in excellent condition. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would 100% recommend Alex and Vernon Chevrolet to anyone I know who’s looking for a vehicle.”

“This dealership will change your opinion about dealerships. It is nothing like the “standard” place where you are passed around like a hot potato. Amazing! This was the smoothest car purchase ever. Everything was handled by an ever capable Andrue Holbrook. And I mean everything…..from the test drive to the financing to the handing over of the keys. He was pleasant, honest and was not pushy in the least.
I also had a chance to deal with the service department. Any questions or concerns I had were handled courteously and completely. I wish I could remember the lady I dealt with but I can’t. I’m so sorry about that.
I highly recommend this dealership. New, used, GM, or off brand (like me), they will take care of you from start to finish to after the sale.”

“Defect in factory paint took several weeks to resolve. Dealership refuses to correct buff marks throughout exterior after being pointed out several times and provided with pictures. I continue to receive erroneous emails related to services but I have only been to one oil change. I have had the vehicle 4 months. They should have advised me that an oil change was too soon. Instead they completed the 1 free oil change and then reported to carfax that my vehicle had 100k miles more than it actually does. Worst purchase in my life. I hate the vehicle and dread ever needing to go to vernon Chevrolet again.”

Made me feel like I was her only customer and she had all day for me. Picking up the car was greatly enhanced by her help orienting me to all my car's features. Stephanie is a gem who loves her job.”
