“I just bought my truck from Bud Clary Toyota, and Doug was awesome to work with! He made me feel right at home from the start, really listened to what I wanted, and was super patient while we found the right fit. He was honest and easy to talk to the whole way through. If you’re looking for a new ride, definitely go see Doug — he’ll take great care of you!”

“Purchased Jeep Gladiator from Bud Clary Toyota. Sales team was amazing. Sold me a full extended 5 years bumper to bumper warranty. Service on the other hand is horrible and incompetent. First experience I left vehicle there to work on. Promised they ordered parts. Week later they did not. So it had to be there another week. Gave me loaner vehicle. All covered under warranty. Not so much a problem other then had it extra week for incompetence in not ordering part. I did not purchase a Gladiator for them to have it. Second experience the check engine light came on. I took it in. Said my warranty was expired and charged me a $220 diagnostic fee. Said it was a hole in my intake. Showed me the hole. I drove home. Discovered they left bolts off. I fixed. Recovered bolts from Service and said “tech left on his bench”. Still has problem. Said I paid you to tell me what’s wrong and that is not what’s wrong. Demanded money back so I can take somewhere else. Refused to give me refund. Found out through Finance Department that tech didn’t look in right area to see warranty. The incompetence in their service department is top of the line. General Manager denied my request to meet with him.”

“The experience here was excellent. Our sales guy Joe took great care of us, making sure everything on our used vehicle was fixed in the shop before they’d sell it to us. They even brought in a paint guy to touch up a scratch that the car came with. 10/10 recommend!! Thanks Joe!”

“I recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Nightshade from Bud Clary Toyota of Yakima and wanted to share my experience. The staff were friendly, patient, and guided me through the process without any pressure. Everything went smoothly, and I felt confident with my decision. The car is great — stylish, smooth to drive, and very spacious. I’m really happy with it. Also, I think this dealership offers very fair pricing. I checked other places too, and Bud Clary seemed to have some of the best deals on new cars. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy. A special thanks to Sean — he was professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the whole process.”

“Initial Review: I took my truck in for a coolant leak and was helped by Max. He was very punctual and did a great job communicating with me throughout the process, addressing all of my concerns. The coolant stayed in the truck after the repair, so I assumed the mechanics had done a great job as well. Update: I originally thought the repair was solid until I looked under the hood today and noticed some serious issues. First, the coolant leak I brought the truck in for is not only back, but worse than before. The coolant reservoir is completely empty. I was under the impression that the mechanics had thoroughly fixed the issue—especially considering how critical coolant systems are in modern vehicles. If overheating occurs, most modern engines can be ruined. Thankfully, I checked under the hood today, and nothing catastrophic happened during the few out-of-town trips I’ve taken recently. The second issue I noticed is the lack of attention to detail in the repair. I understand that everyone’s on a schedule and things can get busy, but that’s not an excuse for poor workmanship. This is what you’re being paid to do, and quality should never be rushed. It’s the small things that speak volumes about the care and integrity put into a repair. For example, one of the coolant hoses was removed from its holder and never put back in place—even though it would have taken just a couple of seconds to do so. If I saw it within the first few seconds of looking, I don’t see how a trained mechanic could have missed it. That might not sound like a big deal, but it’s a clear sign that shortcuts were taken—and if it happened on my vehicle, it could be happening to others as well. Just because it’s not your vehicle doesn’t mean it deserves any less care than if it were your own. Final update truck had missing bolts that were put back once I brought it up, hoses were finally routed correctly and problem was resolved. It took three tries/ separate trips to the dealer for something that should have been properly diagnosed and fixed in one visit. After all is said and done the truck was given back to me with a lot less gas than I gave it to them with. Thanks”
