“This review is really about Mitch Allee, because he earned it.
Mitch was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
(I'd give Mitch a 5-Star, but ... .)
I asked about a 2024 M3 Competition and he walked out on a busy day, shot a detailed walkaround video, and sent it so I could evaluate it remotely. He answered every question quickly, respected my time, and represented the BMW brand well.
Where it fell short was the pricing process. Mitch was upfront that he has no authority to negotiate and that pricing is handled centrally. I submitted a reasonable offer but never received a counteroffer or any indication there was room to talk. That was disappointing, because I came in ready to buy and was specifically looking for a reason to choose this 2024 over ordering a 2026.
I'm leaving a 4-star because I cannot recommend the dealership's pricing process based on this experience, but I can absolutely recommend Mitch.
If you are shopping here, ask for him.”

“BMW of Tigard is the best BMW dealership I have ever worked with. Period. I have been a BMW customer for more than twenty years and I can't say enough about BMW of Tigard in particular. This is my third lease here dating back to its previous location and each time, my expectations have been exceeded. Last week, my most recent leasing experience, was phenomenal. I want to call out two folks in particular: Samique Rizvi and Jeremy Reilly who were incredibly professional, knowledgeable -- and honest -- about the BMW product (and other competitor products for comparison) and they genuinely cared about the customer service journey. Samique continues to follow up with me -- and answers my calls/texts in an incredibly timely manner even after my lease was signed. He's the best. Jeremy was professional during the no-pressure negotiations and I will definitely return to BMW in three years when my lease ends. One final note about the service team. My service advisor for several years (Kory Ufkin) is also elite. He makes the appointment process simple (often over text) and the dealership offers high-end BMW loaner cars; you love your lease, but it's always amazing to have a top-notch loaner after you drop off your vehicle. The showroom is immaculate, offers free snacks, wifi and big screen TVs. 10/10. The Best.”

“Was a pleasure working with Matthew Ganotis. Sabrina initially showed me the X2, but Matthew was the one who sold it. And the man didn’t even have to do anything. His laid-back, friendly sales approach worked wonderfully with me. I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness from start to finish. Not to mention I kept him past closing.. Thanks Matt, Sabrina, and the Team at BMW Tigard. Jennifer was really nice as well.”

“The staff at BMW of Tigard were welcoming and professional. Sabrina Lilly assisted us over multiple visits, showing enthusiasm, patience, and attentiveness throughout. We test drove several vehicles and had many questions, all of which she answered clearly and respectfully. We felt genuinely valued as customers. What stood out most was the dealership’s transparency—no pressure to buy, no overselling, and no promotion of unavailable inventory. “Top-tier service, zero drama. I pulled in with my 2026 X7 and was greeted in under 20 seconds—even with the advisor mid-convo with another customer. Check-in was smooth, fast, and painless. While the car got its pampering, I wandered the showroom, grabbed a new license plate frame, and picked up a couple of hats from Parts. Charlotte was awesome—fun, sharp, and actually seemed to enjoy helping customers. Wild concept, I know. She made the experience enjoyable, which is more than I can say for most dealership stops. And let’s be real—I can’t be driving a BMW and wearing an AMG hat. That’s just asking for side-eyes.
I split my time between Montana, Lake Oswego, Bend, and Florida. Montana? No BMW dealers. Bend? Let’s just say I’ve made the mistake of buying five vehicles from Kendall over the years—and I regret every single one. Service? Sloppy. Communication? Nonexistent. Professionalism? Only if you count wandering the showroom drinking coffee like it’s a personality trait. At this point, I wouldn’t trust them to top off windshield washer fluid. They’d probably be in the back arguing over who’s in charge of ordering more blinker fluid. Hard pass.
So having you guys just around the corner from my hotel while I’m in Lake Oswego? Absolute game-changer.
This was my first 10K service after just 2.5 months of ownership. I’ll be back—probably before the end of the year. And yes, probably walking out with another hat or two. It’s becoming a habit.”
