I would not buy from here, especially if it’s a different brand. I tried to buy a used car that was a different brand a couple weeks ago. When I asked questions about the factory warranty, the salesman kept saying he didn’t know anything about that brand because that’s not where he works. Even the finance lady kept saying that. If you can’t answer questions about the car you’re selling then don’t sell that brand! He told us we would need to contact the brand to make sure the warranty was transferred. Then when looking at the Carfax, I noticed the oil wasn’t changed for 8 months. So I asked if they can change the oil and the salesman was arguing against it over and over until finally he agreed to ask his manager and they said they would accommodate it but I would need to make an appointment because the mechanic wasn’t there that day on a Saturday. I looked up the service hours and they are open Saturdays. Then that made me think if they didn’t bother to change the oil then what else did they not change/update, they didn’t show me the inspection report. The salesman finally did a google search to look up the factory warranty and said we would have 5 years factory warranty, and mentioned 3 times that we should not need an extended warranty because of that. Once I got to the final step and spoke with the finance lady, she mentioned I only had 2 years factory warranty after she reviewed the Carfax and said because of that we would need the extended warranty. I had to call Kia myself to confirm my actual warranty, they didn’t offer to help out and call themselves and the salesman had copies of the Carfax and didn’t bother to check the warranty after asking him more than 5 times about it. So he kept telling us that we don’t need an extended warranty over and over without even knowing for a fact and didn’t bother reviewing the Carfax. If they are selling a brand that isn’t there’s, they should do their research before selling the car. I didn’t get the best customer service; they lied and couldn’t do some basic research about the car before selling it. The car was also dirty and the tires and rims looked like they didn’t wash it in a while. They clearly did not care for this car since it’s not their brand. I don’t know how many times I heard “this isn’t our brand, I don’t know”. There were so many red flags and I would not trust buying a car from them. We were planning on going back to look at another car there for another family member too, but not anymore.

Had such a great experience with the team at Mini of Tempe. After I decided to hold off on a Mini I was interested in to wait for a different color, Tanner and the team patiently waited until something came available that interested me more. I didn’t receive daily annoying phone calls (like other dealerships), spam text messages or anything of the sort. Respectful, clear communication only! When it came time to purchase the entire team was helpful in understanding the process, didn’t try to throw unnecessary fees onto the vehicle, clearly stated the purchase price from the beginning, and was able to accept my credit union financing no questions asked (had issues with other dealerships saying no to this). Overall, I would 100% recommend Mini of Tempe and their team! Thanks!

We had an engine light come on while traveling in AZ and Mini of Tempe got us in the next morning. Our service advisor, Averee, was outstanding - we appreciated her prompt and courteous communication. Our technician filmed and emailed to us what had triggered the warning light (spark plugs and coils) and the repair was made. We appreciate the professional service at this dealership 🚗

I have been a mini customer since 2011. I don’t think I will ever drive anything else! The service provided from Mini Of Tempe‘s service department was delightful! Bethany, specifically, the service department advisor, took amazing care of me! When I got my car back from regular maintenance, oil change, check over the car for everything, etc. - all covered by Warranty! I noticed that I was missing two valve caps for my tires, the ones that specifically say Mini on them, and when I relayed this message to Bethany, she went out of her way to order me New valve covers for replacement, no problem! Had them shipped right to my home in just a couple days!! Her service was beyond, and in person she was very friendly and welcoming! Thank you so much, Bethany! amazing and A++++!!!

We've been using this dealership to service a Mini Cooper we bought at the Scottsdale location in 2019, and we don't have a single bad memory from this place. They were always on schedule, communication is always great, and they even normally tried to schedule so that we could use the loaner cars (since the mini is the only car we have). I really can't over-state how great it was getting our car serviced here. They were all awesome all of the time!! They always tried their best for us, so when it was time to replace our Mini Cooper from the Scottsdale location, we decided to check this location first. We worked with Zack, who was very polite and helpful every step of the way. We're so happy we went with Mini of Tempe! No games, no run-around, no nonsense. Just the numbers, and they were all very upfront about all the additional optional costs. We really appreciated that.
